Steak N Take — Restaurant in Jersey City

Worst service. Their menu dosnt say what's in anything! And when you ask what's in the "$7 Hawaiian" burger, you'll get an eye roll and snippy responce. "What ever you want in it"in an angry annoyed tone! At this point I didn't even want to ask any more questions, and just walked out! They evidently don't want customers. Being a part of the food industry for so long I can tell you undoubtedly customer service is one of the biggest rolls. So being a Hawaiian burger it comes with pineapple.... that's all I know.. maybe it's a deluxe burger maybe it's not. Maybe it's a spam patty since that would be Hawaiian.... maybe it's not. Does it even come with cheese? Who knows. Overall it's just a dirty establishment with extremely rude ghetto service that I will never give my money to for "just a burger" (that dosnt even come with fries) but hey good luck with the...

My brother recommended to try out the wings here so I did ....... aaaaand OH EM GHEEEE wow! We had ordered the sticky wings and they were so so so good. TBH they are very close to being as good as the wings from Dallas BBQ, but didnt quite get there and the wings are average size. 4 stars because they didnt have any options for plain yellow rice only seafood rice. I got my hubby the steak sandwich and he immediately wanted another one because it was good but too small. He is also very picky about his wings and he devoured them and the fries (another star down because i think their portions are waaaaay too small). I think they have decent pricing for this day and age. I will be ordering again for sure when Im craving for those wings, just made my own yellow rice...

The owner or guy at the front was a pleasure to meet and clearly understands the benefit of eye contact and customer service. I ordered the cheese steak. The sandwich itself was juicy, flavorful and nice sized for the price. My issue is I wish they would wrap the sandwich in parchment paper cut in half and then wrap in the foil wrapper. The sandwich is juicy but sloppy and drips everywhere. If it were wrapped better you could enjoy the sandwich like a gentleman. Enjoyed overall and on another note I give this brother big respect. He employs all black men. And as one I love seeing that....
