Update: 05/21/2025 Was trying to get some of the services on My contract Canceled specifically Tire & Wheel coverage. I paid $1400 for the service. For over a week I’ve been calling into Axis Chevrolet finance department to make cancellations and was denied by Haru the head manager of that department. Haru told me that my request to cancel Tire & Wheel coverage was “impossible”. (Hopefully all calls are recorded and monitored) Today I was able to call the company that was covering my car for tire & wheels (NSD) and they were very compliant with my request for cancellation. When I called back to Axis Chevrolet to inform Haru that in fact this is possible and my cancellation went through he informed me that he didn’t have knowledge on cancellation of these services. He is the top manager in the finance department how could he not know this information? And why would he misinform me if he didn’t have knowledge about cancellation in the first place? I know they hate that I keep calling but this company definitely doesn’t have my best interest at heart and will most likely give me trouble when it’s time to refund my money. Ironic how when I asked Haru if there will be a problem with them refunding my money he then went to tell me that my car is a finance and that all money will go back to the back that funded me. 😂 now he knows the next steps. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Seemed like he thought he was protecting his company maybe? Fraud happens a lot it’s just not happening here. For anyone reading this you cancel any services in your contract. Do it before 30-60 for full refund. DONT LET THEN LIE TO YOU

Update: Just spoke With Roy from Sales Department who is a manager. Roy literally has put the phone down and started dealing with another client while I was in mid conversation explaining the issue. Then he disconnected the line. Now I’m calling and can’t reach anyone? I plan to head over there Now.

Very Deceptive, Very Dismissive place to purchase a Vehicle. I purchased a Used Jeep from them and was assisted by Larry Brooks (Good guy) who was “under the impression” that he was selling me the Vehicle with Warranty. The Vehicle had 0 Warranty. Not only that Larry actually called me every week after the first month to bring my car back to them for a free oil change. After sometime and many request for the oil change I accepted and brought my car to the service center. April 18, 2025 was the date I went in for the Oil change it took them 3 hours and some minutes to conduct the oil change. There wasn’t many customers there so I’m confused how it took 3 hours to do an oil change? When they finally returned from the oil change the representatives informed me that there were internal problems with the car and that I should leave it with them and they’ll “diagnose, and make repairs to the car” by Charging my “Warranty” that Never existed. I informed the representatives at the service center that prior to me coming in I did have the car inspected the day before and there were No such problems as the reps claimed. I immediately refused to leave my car I even told them “I just had my car inspected that’s impossible”. I asked them if they did something to sabotage my car and they said No. Moral of the Story they sabotaged my car at there Service center and swindled me to believe the Vehicle had Warranty at the time of purchase in the sales department . My car was leaking from its under gasket and all of my brand new oil spilled out, And suddenly my Back Right indicator light stopped functioning. I called them to resolve all issues which are handled by Two Separate Departments. Service & Sales. I spoke with Winston the New Service Manager about the issue and he seemed willing to help but I’ve since sent him the Estimates for repairs for my vehicle and he hasn’t responded back. Sales doesn’t even see a problem with me being sold a car that was falsely advertised. I truly wish that I could give negative stars here so I could give a negative 2,000 stars for the $2,000 that this business stole from me. I bought a car for my 17 yo daughter which was a 2020 Ford Fusion. With an added warranty, it cost us over $17k which was about $7k more than I could afford to spend. I had put $7k on my credit card and took out a loan for $10k. 1st, DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE. 2nd make sure you have your own personal mechanic or a third party mechanic nearby put the car up on a lift and thoroughly check the vehicle prior to purchase. 3rd DO NOT GET YOUR LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!!! The car was delivered to us (driven by our salesman) a few days after purchase. Everything was perfect as far as I could tell except the car felt like it was pulling to the left. Salesman said it was checked and was fine. I took the car to my mechanic and the minute they put the vehicle up on the lift, they called me in a panic hoping that I didn’t buy this car. The car had been in an unreported accident which pushed one side of the car frame in 6 inches back. The radiator was actively leaking because the accident broke one of the radiator support rails and the other support rail was completely bent in. The radiator could not be replaced without the frame being fixed because it could not fit within the support rails. This is aside from the fact that the brakes and tires were shot. There is no way that their mechanics didn’t know about this. My mechanic wrote up everything they found, I took pics while the car was up on the lift and sent it all to the General Manager Harout. Harout’s reaction was exactly how it should have been. Flabbergasted that the car was in this condition and offered a full refund of my money. Had this been done, I could have overlooked the fact that I was sold a Lemon. Then, came the feet dragging by the dealership. They said they would let me know when I could drop the car off to be returned because Harout needed to speak with the processors. Days went by and we heard nothing back despite us calling daily for follow ups. Finally, I had the car towed all of the way there since it wasn’t safe to drive. We live about 45 mins from the dealership. He had our tow guy drop it off at their warehouse. They accepted the car back. Harout told me that he had nothing to give me in writing about when the refund would be given to me. I had to ask for a letter from him stating that I returned the car which is the only thing I got from him. No mention of return fees. Over a week later, still no refund. Harout was dodging mine and my husbands callls. We were put constantly into the general mail box where we left messages and received no calls back. If we wanted to get anyone on the phone, we would have to block our phone numbers and were only told it was in process. Of course I put a dispute in with my credit card for the $7,000 charged on my card but the $10k loan could only be cancelled by the dealership itself. Week and a day after giving the car back, Harout finally calls me to tell me that he is sending me something to sign which says that they will refund my money except for $2,000. They were charging me $1,000 as a restocking fee for a car that should legally not be sold other than for parts and another $1,000 for a loan cancellation fee. The loan was in my name. I told Harout to simply cut me a check, I would pay off the loan and there wouldn’t be a cancellation needed but he refused. Instead, he paid off the $10k loan and still charged me a fee which was never actually charged by the bank because it wasn’t cancelled… it was paid off. I spoke with numerous attorneys who would have very quickly taken on my case and we would have recovered triple the amount plus attorney fees but it could have taken years. They committed consumer fraud plus lemon law. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the aggravation. I was sick to my stomach over this. Not only do they sell Lemons, they are...

I originally gave a 4 star rating with the intention of going back to change it once i no longer needed anything from this dealership. But i have had enough. 1 star it is

This establishment is hands down the worst experience I've ever had in purchasing a used vehicle and I've purchased at least 8 in my lifetime.

They repeatedly lied to my face about the asking price of the vehicle. I showed them comps for the area showing they were about 2k high in asking price. When it came time for singing papers they showed me the cost breakdown last after repeatedly telling me they would decrease the asking price. Not only were they already high in asking price, but the tires were half worn, and there is a crack in the rear taillight assembly. Still didn't budge on the asking price.

They took over 3 weeks to pay off my trade in so I could receive the zero balance letter needed to get money back from the warranty I paid for that traded vehicle.

Took them 2 weeks to ask me for new insurance information reflecting new leinholder information which I had by the following Monday or Tuesday. And that only happened from me reaching out myself to see what the hold up was.

I am still sitting here after week 4 awaiting my registration information needed to place my state license plate on the new vehicle and no matter how much I text Andrea or call, I cannot speak to anyone as to what is taking so long.

They also advertised the vehicle having android auto/apple play, which it doesn't, it's 2019 durango with the older gen Uconnect system. Which is okay. I wanted the vehicle. But how they handled me just felt like they beat around the bush and charged me what they wanted. I'm not gonna cry about an extra 1-2k I have to finance because I did want this vehicle. Just how they dealt with making the deal, the lies right to my face, the backhanded way of doing business by waiting till the very end of signing to show me the cost analysis where I could see the asking price was not changed. The repeated attempts to get me to buy a different warranty than I wanted. All I needed was a power train warranty and that's all I took. They continually tried to get me to buy their brand body damage warranty that I don't need. I only drive a few thousand miles a year and it's kept in a garage.

They ran my credit to "try and get a better interest rate" but never told me my credit score and the interest rate was astronomical at 9.71%. I am already refinancing with my local credit union at 6.2% which is what i should have qualified for considering my credit score is easily 750+

Andrea was my salesperson, and the manager I dealt with was Harout. If you could at any cost avoid this place for purchasing a used vehicle i would do that. I'm sure it's different people for new vehicles. I didn't need a new vehicle. And I knew exactly what I wanted. This vehicle was not cleaned or prepped in any way as they just received it in their stock, but I drove almost 2 hours to get it so that really wasn't a big deal. But all in all, they could have worked with me on the price considering these issues or at least made sure I was taken care of after the fact. They did neither. So here's your 1 star rating.
