A friend and I walk in Johnston Memorial Park at least 3 times a week, depending on the weather. If it's just a passing shower we use a "golf" umbrella", hugh! Sometimes it clears out, sometimes it ends up pouring. We leave. This park is great because it's like a nature walk. My friend and I have ducks, frogs, turtles and geese and sometimes sea gulls. Plenty of birds to see. There's also squirrels who wait to be fed. This is against the rules of the park, but, there's always 1 who doesn't care. No dogs in the park per state ordinance. Also no bikes, scooters, skate boards, mini-cars or anything like that on the walking trails. There is one track you can ride the above mentioned and only that track! There are benches for sitting and rest rooms which open in the Spring. Due to virus park has been closed, but people insist on walking, anyway. They are told to leave or the police will be called. It is a State ordinance! Please don't ruin it for the rest of us.! Today's paper says parks are opening tomorrow. We shall see. There is also a 1 mile hill walk and a nature walk across the street. Try the nature walk it's great! It was an old boy scout camp Troop 200. Thank you for ;listening, respectfully,...

LISTEN TO THE TAX PAYERS WE ARE THE ONES WHO ARE GOING TO PAY FOR IT. THE MAYOR FIGURES THAT IT CAN'T MAKE HIM MONEY NOT THE TOWN BUT HIM . SEEING THAT A 5TH GRADER COULD DO A BETTER JOB. SOMEONE TAKE HIS PLACE VERY SIMPLE JUST LOWER THE TAXES AND HE IS OUT ON HIS CORRUPT BACK SIDE. PROVIDENCE HAS 2 MAYBE 3 OF THEM AND ARE ALWAYS PEOPLE THERE. IT WOULD JUST BE TO MUCH OF A GOOD TIME INSTEAD OF WALKING IN...
