Had DR. Moss as my ortho. I been dealing with a knee injury since feb been going to therapy since. I can't have an MRI because I have a pacemaker. DR. MOSS has been aware of this from the first appt I had with him. After months of therapy and a cortisone shot after the cortisone shot I was told to have a few more weeks of therapy and if that didn't work I would have to have surgery so he could look in their and check what was wrong and fix it. My last therapy with Steven was very short he said he doesn't think I will get any better so I should make an appointment with DR. Moss to schedule surgery. Today was that appointment and now after months of therapy he tells me that I need an all clear from my cardiologist which I have never had to get before. I had knee surgery once before and hand surgery and I was never asked for this. So I never thought of getting my cardio involved by the way my cardio isn't in the US. Theirs nothing I can do.DR. Moss is horrible. This doctor never spent much time in any of my visits and I have seen him 3 times so why didn't he mention this before. Why wait till I have no where to go. Biggest waste of time and money. I'm a contractor so I'm paying for all my copays. I don't understand why this DR waited to the very end to inform me that I needed my cardios all clear to have surgery. I have spend months not being able to walk properly and working not being able to do my job 100% because I'm limited in what I can do with this injury. This has become...

I recently visited Leslie Billington, Nurse Practitioner at University Orthopedic Johnston location in Atwood to go over the results of my latest MRI. I was very satisfied with my experience and the care I received from Ms. Billington.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Ms. Billington greeted me promptly and took the time to thoroughly review my MRI results with me. She explained the findings in clear, easy-to-understand language and answered all of my questions patiently. I never felt rushed during the appointment.

Ms. Billington demonstrated excellent clinical knowledge and provided thoughtful recommendations for next steps in my care plan. She listened attentively to my concerns and worked collaboratively with me to develop the best treatment approach.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of care I received from Leslie Billington. She is clearly passionate about her work and prioritizes building strong relationships with her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a knowledgeable and compassionate nurse...

The staff here is absolutely wonderful. 2-3 years ago had an issue and Dr. Czerwein Was able to help me with my issue and pain and I completely recovered. I must say he is a top notch doctor . 2-3 years later I had a similar issue and today I saw Dr Leslie Billington. She was extremely friendly and had the same care and compassion as Dr. Czerwein and both didn’t make me jump through hoops to get the care that I needed. The MA who I saw prior to Dr. Billington her name was Keri jones was really nice and made me feel at ease at the start of my appointment. All the receptionists were very nice as well. I’ve been to other medical offices prior and the people seem like they don’t want to be there or help you out.
