I am not sure if I have been lucky, or if the others commenting here are looking for something that doesn't always exist, perfection? I have been to this establishment at least a half dozen times now,, and can see where sometimes the store seems understaffed, which certainly would explain slow service. If you manage a restaurant, like I do, you would understand that this is how a business is run, you establish a payroll based on sales. Things like costs: rent, utilities, product purchasing, etc. must also be factored in. The only time I have ever seen anything remotely representing slow service were during peak periods with only 2 employees behind the counter. The service in my opinion is fantastic, I don't know their names, but there are 2 girls, one blond, one brunette, and one guy taller with facial hair, that really have their stuff down. Every time I come in at least one of them is here and they work hard to make sure nobody knows they are busy or flustered. I greatly appreciate the effort they put forth. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to accomplish any type of office/school work, it is wide open there are plenty of seats, the music is kept at a very reasonable level, and it is always extremely clean, which again being in the restaurant business I know is very hard to do. I am definitely not the guest hitting the drive through on my way to work or some event, therefore I am probably in the minority. Read moreI hardly ever write reviews but I am honestly just appalled at the service today. I waited in the drive thru for over half an hour (that is no exaggeration) and the staff couldn’t have cared any less. Not only did I wait that long but I finally said hello? to the speaker when I was sitting there for 15 min and no one had asked to take my order (yes at that point I should’ve left, I realize that.) All I ordered was a breakfast sandwich and medium iced, which they brought the coffee out right away so I was really just waiting on the sandwich. They didn’t come to the window once to apologize for the wait or even say anything really. Everyone in the line of cars was furious and not one staff member was addressing the issue. When they finally did come to the window, they tried handing me something that I didn’t order and they asked me a third time what I had ordered and said the kitchen was backed up. At that point I asked for a refund and they said they were going to check on my order and ran away…again. When they came back they said to go park and come inside if I wanted a refund but I told them there was no way I was doing that since I would’ve had to stand in line inside as well and I had already wasted almost 40 min of my life just sitting in my car. Thank you Lauren for taking your time and to briefly explain what went wrong with my order today by making sure I left satisfied with my service. That’s what good customer service is. Unfortunately Tiffany the supervisor didn’t give me the same service while asking about a manager when calling regarding the order to relay this message. And also while Lauren was helping me with my order her coworkers who should’ve been supportive and professional were yelling back and forth to her in a rude manner. I understand how drive thru, the food service and how the timers on orders work. However someone messed up on my food and yelling at a customer across the room is inappropriate and Lauren was the only one to leave her station to explain to me what went wrong and that the food would be done soon. Thank you Lauren for your good service. Mistakes are made but you handled it amazingly and that’s what a leader should do.
