Unfortunately for anyone visiting Terra Park, and humanity as a whole, Noah must have taken mosquitoes on the Ark with him and allowed those horrible pests to survive the great flood. I feel as though I may have killed one of their relatives and personally insulted them, because a friend and I were attacked by a swarm of thousands of vampire insects upon entering the park and attempting to walk the path, leaving bites comparable only to chickenpox. Read morePerfectly designed park. I can’t think of a more perfect park in the entire metro area. If you can find another one better than this, please let me know. Perfectly manicured trails, native prairie, grasses, and flowers. Wildlife such as ducks and geese. Frogs. Good fishing at the well stocked lake. An amphitheater and multiple shelters. Accessible to handicapped, children, seniors, athletes… I can’t say enough about this park. Bravo to the city of Johnston, because this place deserves all the praise...
