I usually provide excellent ratings and support for my local businesses but my experience with House of Appliances in Juno Beach has been very different. I bought high end appliances and a microwave drawer for a kitchen remodel from House of Appliances. The drawer stopped working within a couple of weeks after installation and I have insisted on replacement rather than repair since it's brand new. It's been weeks and I'm still waiting. House of Appliances won't replace the microwave without first obtaining approval from Sharp, the manufacturer, because, as I was advised, they don't want to pay to replace it themselves. It should be replaced immediately by House of Appliances and they can deal with Sharp afterwards. Updates from the sales rep are provided, but with same results...haven't been able to reach the Sharp rep...and management doesn't respond at all. Paid for a microwave that should work properly and stuck with one that doesn't. I didn't purchase the microwave directly from Sharp so not sure why I'm having to wait for their approval. Unfortunately, this is a company that doesn't stand behind what they sell. Very disappointing.
5/11 - Update! House of Appliance has authorized the replacement of my microwave!!! I received communication stating that they would replace my microwave AND pay for the labor associated with the replacement. Hopefully, this happens soon. While House of Appliances has indicated that the reason for the delay is that they must abide by their contractual obligations with the manufacturer, I still stand by my original statement that House of Appliances should have immediately authorized the replacement and then worked the issue directly with Sharp. However, I will add that because they have been unable to get an authorization from Sharp and they want me to be satisfied, they are authorizing the replacement themselves. As such, I have increased my original rating from 1 Star to 3 Stars. Will update again when I receive the replacement.
5/12 - Another update - got my microwave and it works! Once authorized, the swap out was completed...
   Read more20 years back we purchased Subzero refrigerators, Double Thermador ovens, Thermador 8 burner stove, etc. Two years ago we bought a new $18,000 double Subzero refrigerator.Over these years easily close to $100,000 worth of appliances. This Christmas our Double Thermador died. We ordered a new one in the $9600 range. They delivered, for an extra $500, and installed it. Unfortunately the delivery men scraped our hardwood floor with marks running about 14 feet across our kitchen. Tina Tiskis, one of the owners, accepts no responsibility and said " I should take it up with my homeowners insurance agent." Even worse she lied saying "we do not believe the marks... were caused by them." That was after two of her employees came to our house to see the marks. They both were very apologetic and could see the drag marks coming from exactly where they removed the old oven. All in all they are not an honorable service company. They stalled and ignored us for almost 4 months and then refused to accept their responsibilities. You should never buy anything from this company.
The owner just answered below with a huge lie. Both of her representatives, one was a sales manager, came to our home and told my wife and I how awful it was that their delivery guys had scratched our floor. I would imagine she also lied to her...

We remodeled our house and went to the House of Appliances of June Beach to purchase our appliances (top end Signature Series LG) which we did along with an installation package. The remodel took longer then planned. A couple of weeks ago we are finally in the house and went to use the range to find out that they installed a natural gas set up appliance instead of LP set up which is needed. Note we had no range over Christmas. We reach out to the House of Appliances on many occasions with either no reply or a reply this your problem. We even went there and got the same response, we do not handle these problems (they provided the installation) this is your problem. What customer service. We bought a complete appliance package from them. Now they tell me it's our problem. I reached out to LG and received a similar response to go back to where we purchased the appliances from. You would think after spending that kind of money on these appliance they would what to keep you a satisfied customer. Guess not. I would look else where if you need appliances.
