Exploring and Eating in Palm Beach

Parking is free even during a holiday such as July 4 weekend. Tropical vegetation can be seen on the way to the beach. Beware of wooden markers with plastic tape. These markers will be in a triangular shape and mark Loggerhead Turtle egg sites. Locals said there is a one thousand dollar fine for disturbing these nests of eggs. There are several entrances onto the beach from the parking area. Make sure to wear footwear such as flip flops or even better crocks or tie on shoes as the beach sand is very hot until you reach the waters edge. There are signs explaining the flags near life guard stands. There is also signs that say no dogs on the beach. On this visit there was alot of yellow and brown seaweed on the beach and in the crystal clear blue colored water. Many different seashells were located on the beach however the best one were just below the wave breaks on shore so make sure to bring goggles and snorkel. Was not overly crowded on a Monday prior to July four holiday. Area of the beach have lifeguards on duty and other areas do not. There is no alcoholic beverages permitted on the beach but coolers are permitted. Sunblockers such as beach umbrellas and tents are permitted and suggested for the fairer complextioned. There are showers for rincing off beach sand before getting back into your vehicle.

Juno Beach Park is a hidden gem on Florida’s east coast! This beautiful beach offers soft sand, clear blue water, and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The park is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of parking, restrooms, and outdoor showers — making it super convenient for families and beach lovers. The iconic Juno Beach Pier is a must-see, whether you’re fishing or just enjoying the view. We even spotted some sea turtles nearby, which was a magical bonus! The vibe is laid-back, and it’s not as crowded as other South Florida beaches, which makes it feel like your own little paradise. If you’re looking for a safe, beautiful, and family-friendly beach with natural charm, Juno Beach Park is the place to be. We’ll definitely be back!

The beach is located next to the Juno Beach Pier and does have lifeguards present, and a few surfers too. Not crowded, at least on the weekday we were there. Sand is darker than the white sands of many beaches, but overall a great beach for visits by family, couples, or the "one-offs". The pier has a small structure that sells food items, including hot dogs. Bring your towel, lawn chair and an umbrella; good book if you are so inclined. The sandy beach is clean and there are no trash recepticles so take your detritus away with you. Now, best of all, parking is free, across the road, with toilet facilities and an outdoor shower facility. No dogs allowed on beach.

Great place for locals & tourist to have a great time sight seeing or just spending the day on the beach or cooking out or to go fishing! It's and very beautiful, peaceful and clean. Great family place or Tourist spot! I believe it's still $1 to walk on the Pier and $4 or 5 for fishing off the Pier. Free to go on the beach... Just be careful driving thru Juno, especially during the winter months when the snowbirds are here. The cops are terrible and will stop you for every little thing looking to generate money to compensate for the summer slow season! Comes with the territory I guess! It's a seasonal location and have to keep the town a live with revenue

This is one of our to-go beach. The facilities are amazing here! Easy parking, clean bathroom, refreshing showers, easy access! Never crowded unless you stopped nearby the pier. Most the time the water is amazing and calm, especially morning time, perfect for swimming, paddle, kayak! Sometimes can get wavy and dusty before or after the storms, but can still see people enjoy windsurfing and surfing around. The sand might not be the finest, come with shells and weeds, but that’s all about the nature! We enjoy everything here!
