This place is a little slice of heaven. Lou, Alisha, Lizzy, Cole, Franz - you guys are awesome! It’s so great knowing I can always come here for a reprieve. It truly has become my own sanctuary. It’s the first place I ever did sensory deprivation at, and I’m grateful that was the case - well maybe - because now every other place won’t compare lol šŸ˜‰ Really though, they’re not pods like other places; they’re like a tub or a jacuzzi so there’s no worry for those with claustrophobia. The couples float tank is the biggest one you’ll find- definitely a great date idea! This truly is self care at its finest. I love this place so much that I literally tell everyone about it. So if you’re on the fence- do it! You’ll be happy you did. You owe it to yourself. If interested in other services see below: Hyperbaric Chamber - I had tubes in my ears when I was a child due to chronic ear infections. I’ve never been able to equalize (pop) my ears under a certain depth of water which has restricted me from scuba diving which I’ve always wanted to do. Anyway, I gave this a shot and man, I’m so happy I did. Ever since (it’s been ~2+ weeks) my ears actually feel like they’ve opened up - I can feel a different sensation every time I yawn or drop my jaw and overall hearing is even better. I’m seriously in disbelief! I plan on doing this for a total of 10 sessions so I’ll report back! It’s also helped my nerve pain above my knee from an accident as well as a shoulder/pec injury so it’s nice that it helps numerous areas and pain points in the body. Alisha was so kind, she gave me a walkie talkie and really made me feel at ease. She monitored everything and made adjustments when needed. You’re the best! Massage - Franz is a 12/10. Very good at what she does! šŸ‘šŸ¼ I was literally floating after our session. I just started a new job with a 3-4hr total daily commute and sit at a desk so my posterior chain (back/back of body) hasn’t been very happy with me. She helped clear a lot of that right up! I definitely need to see her again, but I knew that going into it- that’s just how tight I’ve been. But she’s up for the challenge! Looking forward to getting a massage again! ā˜ŗļø Cold Plunge & Sauna - Wow. Just wow. I did this today and am writing this review in the parking lot. I feel amazing! I originally stopped in thinking today was my appointment but I got the days mixed up. Liz and Lou were super accommodating and recommended the cold plunge & sauna. I was a little nervous due to my injury but they said that’s exactly what it’s for. It’s a mental game - 100%. But you just gotta do it. Get in, move around, and make it happen. So sauna for 10-15 mins then for the plunge I had to start with 15-20 seconds. After that I hopped out, gathered myself, put a little water on my head, then went back in for 30 seconds. Sauna for another 15. Then I hit 1 minute in the plunge. Another 15 in the sauna. Then for my final plunge I hit 2 minutes! It may not seem like a lot but that was a win in my book! My goal is to work up to Liz’s 6-7 mins 😜 Great way to really wake up the system and do some amazing things. Some of the best things in life require determination, grit, a healthy/positive mindset, time, and grace. This is one of those things that pays dividends long term. Health is wealth my friends! And this place is awesome šŸ‘šŸ¼ So thank you for reading my book report if you made it this far. šŸ“ššŸ˜‚ I wanted to keep this brief but at the same token, sometimes it’s nice to hear it from someone who’s experienced it and probably had some of the same thoughts or trepidations. Trust me, they’ll take care of you here. Thank you again, Transitions team! Lou, you run a really special place and have such a wonderful team! I’m so happy this place exists and that I get to experience it. I’m looking forward to this wellness journey together! God Bless! šŸ™šŸ¼šŸ˜Š

I have been open to trying different things as I heal and navigate the journey of mold toxicity/ mycotoxin illness. Today I visited Transitions Wellness in Juno Beach. First I tried the vibroacoustic bed, which is like 3D meditation. You lay on a cozy bed with a weighted pillow on top of you. Both the bed and pillow vibrate while you listen to relaxing music for 45 minutes. Next was the infrared sauna with cold plunge! I’ve been doing sauna at the gym but this has red light therapy added. It felt great! They told me to go back and forth from sauna to cold plunge but I could only get in the cold plunge one time and it took 5 minutes to talk myself into it! 🄶🤣 I stayed in for about a minute then went back into the sauna. Last was the salt chamber. It is a small room with a comfy chair and you relax or listen to music while breathing in the salt that is blown into the room. Salt therapy has been so helpful for me on this journey of healing. The staff are kind, helpful and encouraging. They have great Groupon specials! My affirmations: I am well! I am healing!

When I tell you that if it were possible to make this place my full time residence I would do just that. I would just spend all day interchanging between the cold plunge, hyperbaric chamber, infrared sauna and float tank and occasionally go outside for a walk and bask in the sunlight , before retiring for the evening in my hyperbaric chambers. This place has been instrumental in my recovery from a traumatic brain injury. I live almost in Miami and there are dozens of other places I could go that are far closer to receive these various modalities but I make the excursion up because I value the warmth and expertise of Lou, Alicia , Cole and Lizzy who have become something like an extended family. They run an aboveboard establishment and have always treated me fairly with the utmost care and concern for my wellbeing and I am forever grateful šŸ™

In my first time being back since the new owners took over, I can’t say enough great things about Transitions Float Studio! Before you even step foot in the door, the beautiful plants up front offer such a lively and inviting look. The staff were all very welcoming upon entering and you get an immediate relaxed and easy going vibe. I first did the infrared sauna with cold plunge combo and it was so invigorating and super relaxing at the same time. Afterwards, of course, I had a float in their new sensory deprivation tanks and it was AMAZING….even better than the previous ones they had. These are massive and the entire room is pitch black and super cozy. Choice of ambient light and music to really set whatever mood or experience you’re looking for. The shower is set up with everything you could need for before and after the float. Words can’t express how calm, relaxing, and serene the floating experience is, and how positively impactful this service is to my mind, body, and soul. I swear I could spend all day in there! Thank you to everyone there that help create such a wonderful experience coming back to Transitions. I will ABSOLUTELY be back soon and look forward to see how they’ve improved on the other services as well. I would be there every single week if I lived closer, but have absolutely no problem traveling from psl as often as possible, it’s worth the...

I went with a friend for his birthday and we had an overall amazing experience. We scheduled over the phone, and Choki was very helpful with explaining the logistics and everything the studio had to offer. We also had called outside of business hours on one occasion, and Choki was prompt in responding to our messages. We also made a mistake with scheduling and they were very understanding and patient with us and worked with us to make the experience the best it could be.

We drove up from Miami to go there for the sauna and float tank (which was nice back to back). The sauna was of high quality and we were provided with robes and towels. The float tank and its room were well-kept, and we were able to shower before and after. Ilene was very helpful and patient with us and added to the overall experience. The studio was very clean and calming and had nice interior design, adding to the overall experience. Ilene was very professional and kind, and it was clear that they take pride in their studio and in the services they provide. My friend and I had a great experience, it was a great birthday gift, and I would recommend this studio without hesitation to anyone interested in this type of experience. Thank you,...
