Purchased three bikes for myself, wife, and daughter as Christmas presents. Needless to say, buying a bike for someone else, not present to see or try the bike, inevitably creates a list of potential problems, especially when one is under the age of five.

But I’m happy to say that, thanks in no small part to the sales associate, Amber, everyone was happy with their bike Christmas morning. All the bikes were the correct size and the right fit for our type of riding. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience here and would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I priced the bikes online and at other local retail shops and they were the same, but the service and friendliness here makes all the difference.

As a new rider, the staff took time to answer all of my questions without the attitude you find at other shops or hurrying me along... even down to talking me through proper maintenance of the bike, transportation, etc...

My only complaint would be that the inventory of bikes are somewhat limited to select brands that they specialize in. However as I said they were able to accommodate my family and the bikes they carry are excellent. If you want a huge inventory I guess you can go elsewhere but you’ll be losing out on the excellent service and highly knowledgeable employees.

This is the only place to go for all your bike and triathlon needs! I travel 30 miles each way for their great service and technical expertise. And the owners are there, everyday—this is no chain bike store!

Wanted a certain bike make and model and they had so many to choose from. Tracy rode various bikes side by side with me, swapping each other’s out til I determined which one to buy. So cheerful and no sales pitch whatsoever. Had a 45 minute, complimentary custom fitting with tons of measurements by Spencer.

Two months later, I hit a concrete step and the frame broke! After determining it was too expensive to fix, owners Linda and George appealed to the bike manufacturer regarding a frame warranty on my behalf, unknown to me. I got a beautiful, brand new, 2022 bike frame out of it! They placed all my other bike parts back on, new fitting and away I went.

Couldn’t ask for a more caring store than this. This is THE ONLY place to go!

Round 2–had a lot of rust on my bike, drove an hour down and back, and this truly is the best place to go. All my rusted parts were replaced at a very reasonable price. Tommy was great, sympathetic and knew exactly what to do. The mechanic on duty answered my questions ad the girls behind the counter couldn’t have been nicer. I felt like family in there. And my bike looks brand new! If I could give more than 5...

I am super impressed by the service and professionalism of the Palm Beach Bikes’ Staff. After entering the store I was immediately assisted with all my needs in an efficient, timely, and courteous manner.

What impressed me the most was the initiative, proactivity, and integrity of the bike mechanic. Not only did he immediately begin servicing my bike, but he further identified and started working on a specific problem before I had even said anything about it. This initiative saved me $55 because instead of buying a new part (which I was planning on possibly doing), he said he would be able to fix the problem for me using old parts.

He also was completely transparent about the facts of the bike’s current status, demonstrating he was more interested in helping me maximizing the longevity of current parts as opposed to merely trying to sell or upsell me. Indeed, he seemed even more interested in saving me money than I was myself!

The three Staff Members who assisted me effectively and efficiently answered all my questions and helped me with all my needs.

What a pleasure to receive such outstanding customer service!
