I was treated really nicely by the staff and they answered all of my questions and were so helpful. But I did not appreciate the older white male “security guard” that sits at the entrance of the building, when I came to pick up my card after I confirmed I could by someone at WIC. I entered the building close to closing hours and this man harassed me and talked down to me regarding of the information I had. He called the wic person and talked very loudly trying to embarrass me and make me the liar but was told I was correct. after that he kept staring at me and saying things under his breath about “my people”. This is an incredible service, especially for all you college kids! I paid nothing for full STI screening that is ten times as comprehensive as places I have ever been in the past! I had a wonderful nurse who made what is typically such an uncomfortable process totally tolerable. She was respectful and informative. Please if discomfort or finances stand in your way of this type of health care, PLEASE take advantage of their services!

Had some confusion regarding my elderly fathers Covid vaccine scheduling. Two different volunteers that I spoke with on the phone were VERY helpful, friendly and concerned. Soon I was contacted via email by Lyndi, and she too was helpful and very considerate.
