Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kalamazoo

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I came in this location today to pick up a carry out, I had not gotten an email and was checking to see how long the order will be. Upon arriving I see a man working very hard on the drive thru window, and someone who I later found out is the store manager, in the back with her cellular phone in one hand and handling food in the other. She puts the pizza (which happed to be mine) in the portal and walks off as if I wasn’t already standing there waiting. When she finally gets off the phone I’m like hey, you put my pizza in the portal and I hadn’t gotten an email yet for the code, I’ve been standing here trying to get your attention because I wanted to add extra cheese and butter on the breadsticks. She then stated she wasn’t giving me any pizza and I had to have the code. I explained that I forgot my phone in the car, it’s raining hard outside and I hadn’t gotten an email before I came in as I been standing here trying to get help. I also explained what the order was and how much it was so she could verify. She then got irate and I gave in and said I’ll go get my phone to show you proof, but I just want a refund. She should not be handling food walking around on her personal cell phone anyway as that is very unsanitary. When I come back with the code she takes the pizza out and throws it on the counter on top of a box of crazy sauce. I then told her that I don’t want the pizza I just would like a refund, she starts getting irate stating that I have to call the 800 number for the refund, I told her that’s not true I’ve had an issue before at different location the manager just refunded me the price I paid. She still refused the refund so I ask her name, she stated “I don’t have to give you that”, I’m like who is the manager on duty today, She says “I am”. I’m like when a customer ask for manager name they are supposed to give it. She told me that was personal information and she was not giving her name. I asked for her managers name and she refused that as well. I then asked for the number for corporate and the store location number. She walked off and said if you don’t leave Im calling the police. She proceeds to grab her phone and go to the back of the store, I realize she actually called the police when she came from the back to get my name off the pizza portal. Next thing I know about 5 cop cars are in the parking lot and she must of went out the back door to meet them outside. I’m not sure what she said to them about me because she didn’t speak to them in front of me . I was very terrified, and felt endangered at this point. As I see her walking up with the officer I decide to walk out and meet them. She then goes back in the store as I’m telling him what’s going on she goes back inside and gets the pizza I told her I don’t the pizza you were very rude and I’m never coming here again. Long story short the officer gave me $15 and took it for himself and no report was filled. I am never coming here again, I don’t know what she went to the back to tell them for 5 cop cars to pull up for me. This could have went a whole other direction. I do not recommend this location if you wanted to be treated right and have food that’s not been dealt with...

I'm a very understanding person, I always tip and I understand that things happen, people makes mistakes. However, I pulled up on a Sunday afternoon to the drivethough and there was no one by the window. I waited. I started wondering if I had passed the order window, and wondering if I needed to pull back around. After 5 minutes another car pulled up behind me and honked. I figured if there was a previous window then they must be about to pay and surely someone would come up to help them. After another moment with no one in sight I decided to call and see if they we're closed, even though I could see that the lights were on. After a few rings someone answered and I asked if they we're open. "Yes." "Okay... I'm at the window and no one is here." "Okay I'll send someone." Click. After another moment (car is still honking behind me) a girl comes to the window and pills her ear buds out. She wasnt polite but not rude either. I got my fairly subpar pizza and drove away. Honestly, I love little ceasars. I'm from North of Detroit and I was practically raised on it. It has a reputation for not being great pizza and I can see why after coming here. This is embarrassing to the franchise and to the name. Waiting 7 minutes for a hot and ready pizza in 5 degree weather isnt something anyone wants to do. I hope whoever runs this store gets a grip on things, I won't...

I visited this location on 07-29-2017 about 1pm and I pulled through the drive-thru and ordered 2 Most Best Pepperoni Pizzas and 1 cheese cup. Totaled about $13.80. I pull to the window and the man said that they are out of pizzas he is going to have me pull over and park in the lot and they will bring it out.....fast forward to an hr later I had seen pll pull thru the drive thru and pay and get THEIR HOT N READY PIZZAS. I started crying and went to them because i wanted my money back. I was going elsewheres ffor pizza. They asked me well who are you oh what did you order? Did you pay? SERIOUSLY?! I complained so bad their district guy Dave or Dan contacted me days later. Offers to make this issue a priority and even offered to comp my order but I could use my comp at ay other LC store if I wish. Cool. Sounds great right?! Never actually got comped and cannot get ahold of the DM. Maybe i will contact corporate. Im sure the dan or dave guy never bothered to check the laziness and bullshit going on at the portage store. Thats ok, pizza places come a dime a dozen. Im SURE i can find many others to do my business at in kzoo! Thanks for showing me how much of a valued customer I am not.
