KC Needlepoint — Attraction in Kansas City

I just received my first pillow finishing from KC Needlepoint and I truly can’t say enough good things! Not only is the pillow perfection, but I had the best customer experience. Every time I called to ask questions or gather information I was met with the kindest employees who were so helpful through the process. Since this was my first time finishing a pillow with them, I called to inquire about costing and timing. The KC needlepoint staff were all so kind and transparent, giving me accurate pricing information and time estimates. I received my pillow yesterday and can confirm that it was within the price range and time estimate that they provided me. The pillow is amazing, and includes a meaningful monogram on the backside which was done perfectly and exceeded my expectations. I am so thankful to the KC Needlepoint staff and look forward to using them for pillow finishing...

This is the most comprehensive needlepoint store from which to order canvases, fibers, supplies, or just ask questions. Not only do they carry my favorite designers, they order canvases that are upcoming, backordered, or are being previewed by the artists on social media. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, caring, and always ready with a helpful tip or encouragement! I just love interacting with everyone at KC Needlepoint. I am in a part of the country where in-person needlepoint stores are few and far between, so feeling like virtual family with KC Needlepoint means the world. I consider KCN my "local" store and recommend them to everyone. Great products, great service and outstanding...

TERRIBLE customer service! I walked in and literally not one worker even attempted to assist me or my children. They walked PAST us repeatedly despite the place not being busy. One woman said hi from across the room but did not approach or stop talking to the woman she was talking with. There is no information in the shop, no one willing to stop and provide information and I was looking for sewing classes and ideas. One worker walked into an actual shelf trying to avoid making eye contact with us. We just walked out at that point. I will not return to spend money there and neither should anyone...
