The drive thru is impossible. It does not matter if there is one car ahead of you or 17 cars ahead of you... plan to be there for a good 45 minutes... the time of day doesn't matter either, you will wait and wait and wait and wait. The staff doesn't come to the window in a timely fashion. They do not greet you, they do not read your order back... absolutely ridiculous. You can order the same thing three days in a row - each day, the price will be different...
Cleanliness? Someone should probably call the Health Department. In less than 5 minutes (this week) I witnessed an employee NOT wash their hands when returning from a "break". Two employees were preparing food WITHOUT gloves on. One employee with gloves repeatedly touched their face without washing / replacing gloves... food sits on their "prep" station for minutes at a time - exposed and unpackaged / uncovered. The floor is usually dirty. The windows are covered in finger prints and the tabletops / countertops are ALWAYS stained and filthy.
Your Order? You might as well ask them to throw some food in a bag because it doesn't matter how you order or how specific and clear you are, the order is always wrong. 100% of the time. In 10 years of living in this neighborhood, they've never gotten my order correct.

I drove thru Taco Bell’s drive thru and I placed an order for my mother and that went well. I was the only car in line. When I got to the window I decided to add a few more tacos to the order and so I asked the cashier could I add two more tacos to the order, she informed me that she couldn’t add those items to my order now I have been to several drive thru restaurants and there has not been a problem adding items once at the window. And the thing that got me I waited for like ten minutes to get my order I would think that’s enough time to figure it out so just a suggestion to management to better train your employees so that they are better equipped to add extra to the order it’s more profit for you guys and the cashier was very rude it’s like she took pride in saying that she couldn’t add on and after ten minutes of waiting on my order I asked for sauces at the intercom but when I got my order it wasn’t any,so my advice to everyone going thru a drive thru or carry out definitely check your order because these restaurants have gotten bad about not filling your order correctly. I wrote that review a year ago and yesterday my fiancé and were running late so I decided to give this location another shot. We pulled in and the entire team was outside the front door. Thought it was closed but saw a car in the drive thru so pulled into it. Ordered a chicken quesadilla and then a cheesy steak burrito Meal. We pulled away after waiting 10 min with 1 car ahead of us, We got to our destination only to find a chicken quesadlla and a steak quesadilla in the bag, no cheesy steak butrito, no side taco, no napkins. We were charged almost $17 and once again got the order messed up. I was never contacted a year ago when I wrote a review and I am assuming that we will not be contacted again. I do not recommend this location at all. The quesidlllas were not even cut let alone ripping us off again for a 2nd time. Do not go here! You will just be let down by the service.
