Keansburg Boro Clerk — Attraction in Keansburg

Yes the lady Danielle that answers the phone is very unprofessional and brushes you off the phone. I got a court notice in the mail for not paying a ticket for going over time on the meter.(I did not have a ticket on my car) So I call Keansburg Court she would not even let me speak when I was trying to explain how I wanted to dispute it because I didn’t know I had a ticket in the first place. So she finally says ok you will receive a court date in the mail. I now get the court date notice it says to call 7days prior to get instructions appearing by video. So I call I get her again she takes my email says I will get an email 3 days prior to court date with the link to join. 3 days prior no email this is on Tuesday morning I call get her again she says you will have it by Wednesday. I waited all day Wednesday, still no email. On the day of the court date 12/8 Thursday I call exactly 8:04 am I get her again she tells me something must be wrong with my email because the emails went out on Tuesday morning, I said I spoke to you Tuesday morning you said they had not gone out that I would get it Wednesday, but here I am on the phone letting you know I don’t have an email from you. She said I don’t know what to tell you, waow I could not believe my ears. What a disgusting human being. Did not say let’s try another email or nothing-sense she claims is my email the problem. I insisted please take my work email send it there, she said ok but I can’t guarantee resending it I’m about to start court. Im like thinking in my head OMG THIS LADY IS INSANE. Mind you is only 8:11am court is scheduled for 8:30am🙄(also mind you there is absolutely nothing wrong with my email I get all my emails everyday) I do a lot of work from home and I have great internet service/I work for a provider. I could not believe what was happening. Of course she did not resend the email, now let’s wait to hear what she tells the judge why I did not appear in court. I may possibly get a warrant for my arrest for a meter ticket. I have never experienced this kind of behavior from a court clerk. She is an embarrassment to...

EVERYTIME I CALL NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! Then when I went to court they never even brought my file in the court room. It's almost like they wanted to place a bench warrant out for my arrest. There was another day I went to make a time payment at the window and that lady sharon made me feel really uncomfortable after making a prejustice comment towards persons with disabilities. I responded that's its not to your discretion to make a comment especially towards persons with disabilities. I called 5 times and no one answered. The 6th time when a woman answered I was left on hold by the court office for 10 minutes. When she finally answered she had the nastiest attitude and was cursing at me for asking a simple question. Not professional what so ever. They are truly the worst and just as trashy as the town is....
