Alliance Jewelers — Attraction in Keller

The Jeweler was pleasant to talk to.

Unfortunately, when I dropped off my wife's ring to be sized on Saturday, I was promised that it would be done on Thursday. I told him I was getting it sized for a Christmas present. On Thursday, I called the store to see if it would be done and was told all repairs are a week and a half to two weeks. I mentioned the promised due date and was told that would only be possible with an expedite. I don't know what that is because it was never mentioned. I told her I would be right over to pick it up.

45 minutes later when I picked it up, the lady told me that my ring was in the front of the line and he was about to start on it. So what was the phone call about? If she told me on the phone what she said in the store, this review would be totally different.

I would gladly have paid twice the repair price if they could have met their commitment. I'm left wondering why the timing changed in just 45 minutes. I've worked at jewelry stores in my past and have plenty of experience with repairs. We would ALWAYS mark on the repair envelope the promised delivery date so the jeweler knew what the customer...

I bought my wife's engagement ring from a jeweler from my home town, the ring had a matching band that went along with it. I wanted my wife's ring to stand out so I wanted to purchase bands for both sides of the ring. Needless to say the price was astronomical, so I passed on the bands and found some that were a lot cheaper. I constantly looked at every jewelry store to find bands that matched her ring better with no luck. Then I met Jeff when I needed some diamonds tightened up. He was very knowledgeable and mentioned that he could actually make the exact bands to match the ring. He explained the process and I gave him the go ahead to build them. In surprised with the high rating because not once, not twice, but now three times my engagement ring has gone in for sizing and it’s wrong every single time. I’ll admit, my fiance didn’t listen to me on the size the second time, and went a half size bigger but joke was on us, it wasn’t even the size he said. Then, the third time, I personally went in and tried on several different ring sizers over and over again and decided on a size….. got my ring back and it’s smaller than it was supposed to be sized to!
