One of the best facilities I have seen in a long time, the amenities are second to none, if your enthusiastic about fitness and wellness they literally have everything you need under one roof! I have been doing circuit training for about 8 years and my drop in class there was one of the most informative and challenging classes I have experienced in a long time. The coaches were encouraging and paid special attention to everyone in class. The Owners Mike & Mindy were extremely nice and their positive energy is well represented within the gym! The staff are world class in all ways personal and professional. The facility is top tier also! They have something for every single person who walk through the door.
