Ordering ahead highly recommend but they’ve got lots of staff to endure your order is tended to promptly. I watched a customer wait an excessive amount of time and her order had got lost or something. After the staff finally figure out who didn’t fulfill the ticket management worked to get her order bumped to the top of tickets and the customer on her way. What’s was especially great to see was that management recognized their error, owned it with the customer and then went to make it right with her offering her to grab a drink from the fridge on the way out. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is their online ordering system could be improved it’s currently extremely confusing and can be quite a pain if on your mobile device. The only other reason was that in that last situation manage my did everything right with the customer but they also let their employee who had messed up know what was wrong and how to correct it. Unfortunately the employee took it the wrong way and had a bad attitude while making the rest of the pending orders. He also talked back to the manager who failed to address that with him. In all the disagreement and the workers angst he didn’t complete my order correctly and left out an item. Unfortunately it took me getting home before I realized my order was incorrect. I understand they're too busy to take phone orders. No.problem. But there is NO way to order online to pick up yourself. Only if you want to pay DOOR DASH. GRUB HUB or 15 other for-profit places. No. I just want to place sn order for ME to come pick up. Can't do it, Bro. So then I'm ordering on the kiosk. Pit in my rewards number, enter my $20 breakfast order for two people. Can't check out. Have to go to the (slow-moving) queue. The woman who finally takes my order does not understand Avocado Toast on a Garlic Bagel with Bermuda Onions, which is an item on their menu. I literally repeat the same thing 7 times & then she gets it. As if the 7th time saying the exact same thing somehow makes it understandable. She charges me $1.00 extra for the onion... for 5 little pieces of onion! I order a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. She charged me $.75 for Swiss cheese. Mind you She doesn't tell me there's an upcharge for onion or Swiss cheese. These sandwiches are already $7 and $7.50.... My bill was $20! And This small order took another 12 minutes to receive, which is why I wanted to order it in advance for ME to pick up. Read moreMy partner and I come here most weekends and it is consistently such a pleasant experience! I give this location a 5 star rating due to the following attributes: It is very clean! It is a pleasure to walk into such a clean facility, where the staff obviously have pride where they work. The food is made to order, delicious, and very speedy! We have never waited for more than 10 minutes, even when it is busy and our order is large with many customizations. Most importantly- THE STAFF AND MANAGERS! Upon every visit, I have noticed that the staff is beyond friendly, helpful, happy, and seem to genuinely enjoy their job, coworkers, and wonderful service. They work very hard, yet make it look easy-breezy and fun! I applaud and appreciate each member for what they do. Again, I am so pleased with this location, the service, atmosphere, and cool, hardworking people that work here- and I'm happy that it has since become a part of my weekend routine.
