NO more bargains here anymore ! Home Depot is CHEAPER .I have been shopping here for many years and watched priced climb to the point where they were pricing themselves out of the used bargain market shopping experience slowly. Over time I just bought less and less but looked more and compared prices with my iPhone right in the store and so many items that they are selling are from Home Depot marked " RTV" (return to vendor) which Home Depot writes off and DONATES here and then many items are priced at the Home Depot selling price or very near to it ! Many times I see used plumbing fittings, wire, etc. priced HIGER $$ Than Home Depot or Menard's. This store did give back to the area residents by selling their FREE DONATED items at very low AFFORDABLE prices but this is no longer the case at This Habitat ReStore I am sad to say. I now just eliminate wasting half a day checking to see if they have what I am needing due to the price gouging and just go right to Menard's or Home Depot and pay a few pennies difference or LESS. Remember when you are looking at the SKY HIGH PRICES of actual items posted for sale in THIS store that......EVERYTHING THEY RECIEVE IS 100% FREE , DONATED and yet they still want to GOUGE people whom may NOT have much money and have no choice except to shop in a " THRIFT STORE" for things that they can NOT afford to buy new. WOW..... How can these people actually put these FANTASY Prices on items like this RUSTY OLD SAW and $500 Cabinet and then go home and sleep...

So when you buy that quirky little thing that's a little bit dented or hard to find you're bettering someone's life. Cool right? More than ever people need help support Habitat for Humanity! It's a good Organization for a...
Read moreEverything is very over priced now. There used furniture costs as much as just buying it new and now they have alot of new items in the store that costs more than some of the local stores that have always stocked and carried the same stuff. In the past you were always able to find bargains and I know that when I go to restore it's because money is tight and I need to look for deals. Which is exactly what you should get with used and second hand items and anything new should be discounted somewhat as well if it's being sold at a second hand store Is especially...
