My wife and I came into the store to purchase a vibrator, and found one we liked with the help of a friendly employee and purchased it for $45. On the way back home, my wife googled the toy we bought and found it on several other websites with prices ranging from $12-$16. We immediately went back into the store and politely asked to return in about 20 minutes after purchasing it. The friendliness of the staff immediately disappeared as they refused to return it for even store credit, stating they had a no returns policy despite them having clearly posted 14 day return policy posted on the counter and on the receipt. So expect to pay 3x to 4x what anyone else is charging and any courtesy you received to disappear after they get your money. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to check this store out. We stopped at a couple of places because I really needed to use the restroom but none were open and when we arrived I asked if I could use the restroom to which 4 ladies smacked their gun, looked me up and down and said they didn't have a restroom and snottily told me to go across the street to cicis and come back. I told them we drove 45 minutes just for their store and if we left we weren't coming back. The reply was a giggle and we close at midnight so you have time to come back. All of the employees have socks or are barefoot in this location unprofessional and not helpful theres an African American that is working now and a hispanic barefoot not giving me assistance telling me there is no return policy as i read one off their receipt from last night there should be a manager present at this location at all times im so disappointed in the service.
