Hot food that's hot! I did not just repeat myself. They cook food made to order; it's not ready-made, but always fresh off the stove or grill! Korean food is spicy, as you know, so be prepared if you're sensitive to chili heat.
Their menu has most food groups except dairy. They're dishes come with bowls of steamed rice. So know that of you order one of the fried rice plates, you'll still get steamed rice with bulgogi or fried fish dishes.
Their fried belt fish is one of our favorites. Although it has small bones and might make it tedious to eat, you can just use a fork to kinda "peel off" the fish meat from the skeleton. The other dishes come with so much food - good deals!
Wabah Food Court is located inside Omart. Once entering, turn left then walk straight. You'll see them in the corner. Conveniently take a break from shopping to have some lunch. Inside Omart is also a bakery, cafe, and salon. Great place for...
Read moreMy wife and I ordered Bibimbap and I noticed some fly eggs on the meat. We tried to explain to the employees about the issue but we were told that it was "fat" from the food. After I asked for a manager we were told all of them left and we were just met with blank stares from the employees. I told them I was taking the meat to the Health Department to determine what it was and its was until then they were quick to offer me a refund. As they were processing my refund one of the employees stated again that it was "fat" as she showed me a plastic container filled with meat that all had fly eggs covered around in spots. She then proceeded to place it back in the counter exposed to the open air with actual flies flying around. The audacity of these employees. It's unfortunate because my wife and I would frequently visit to enjoy the...
Read moreYesterday I thought I would try it for the first time it seemed reasonably popular. Unfortunately my experience was terrible. I ordered the sesame chicken. Well the dish tasted good I could not eat it because the chicken they used in it was obviously stale and old chicken that have been made a long time ago. Rather than cook up fresh chicken to put into the dish it's pretty obvious they took old chicken stuck in the fryer another time hoping to "refresh" the chicken as some lousy diners do. you can't do that. refrying old chicken just turns it into a sort of sawdust nastiness that is impossible to eat I took it back and I got a refund. When I told what the problem was they didn't argue. It seemed they knew exactly what I was talking about. Next time I'll stick to Omart whose hot dishes are...
