Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Killeen

HUGE shout out to Killeen Tx #0034. I walked in for the buffet @ 8:30pm & was informed the buffet closed @ 9pm but google posted 10pm(for pick up i told). The buffet attendant happily allowed me to order the pizzas of my choosing. The pizza came out fresh & quickly. I was told multiple times not to rush & enjoy my dinner. I'd like to recognize the following employees that went over & beyond to make this experience fantastic. Destineeh, Charlie, Norma, Shy, Jessy, Rosa, Amber. Management pls note this was not just one person but a well rounded team! I hope these employees will be rewarded to reinforce & continue the excellent customer service they provide!

5 stars x2. 1st visit because of Flavors of Central Texas KILLEEN. 1) greeter/Rosa O was friendly & welcoming. She quickly & easily validated my voucher 2) cook/ Jevon L when presented w/ 2 diffent orders by 2 very different customer demographics. Both customers & interactions were treated professionally equal. 3) mlManagement /Antonio Barnett....just WOW! took the time to sit down w/ me to give my 0% criticism only praise. 4) in this setting there is no waitsatff. I observed ALL staff worked together & did cleaning & addressed customer service needs. Lately, salad bar, pizza & soda I personally had was FRESH! These 3 amazing employees appear to take pride in their wrk & Cicis as an employer, with covid it is difficult to find & retain above average employees. Please consider an extra incentive to keep these valuable assessts! Will revist & bring family & friends...

After waiting 32 mins for a to go pizza first I got only one with greasy fingerprints all over the box and the second was not any better. While waiting I had a full view of half of their prep area. Observed an African American men constantly grabbing his crotch area or his butt and to top it off he picked something off his teeth with one of his fingers and then continued to prepare food (no gloves worn nor washing his hands after doing any of the above). A big kid came in dragging his apron on the floor then put it on (kid has tattoos on his arms) and went to prepare food without washing his hands after coming from outside, I guess he was having a smoke break. Another of the workers preparing food scratched her head and then continued. None of the workers in the back seem to know what food hygiene is nor is there any gloves visible like in most other places. The kid with tattoos was constantly graving the butt of a female employee. All employees where too busy goofing around while the place was dirty. Normally in other Cici's restaurants the manager is walking around asking if everything is OK or if they want a special pizza, not in this one. Overall not a very professional place, workers horsing around, not paying attention to any hygiene rules whatsoever. Would have called the manager but their receipts don't even have a phone number listed nor was the manager anywhere to be seen. Needless to say the pizzas went directly in the garbage outside...

My daughter received a kid eat free coupon at her award ceremony at school today. We decided to use it tonight and take the family out for dinner. Upon arrival the cashier informed us with limited information, "We can't accept that". When I asked why, the manager replied from one of the booths where she was sitting, "I didn't hand those out yet. Those are from last year". The coupon did not have an issue or expiration date on it. We explained that to her and she replied, "I know they are from last year because I have the new ones sitting in my car and did not give them out". She was very unprofessional and dismissive with her answer. She then proceeded to converse on her cell phone. She stated, "I'm getting pissed off because all these parents keep coming in here with these coupons that the school gave them..." Again very disrespectful and unprofessional. It was 7:30pm when I asked one of the workers are they going to make any more cinnamon rolls to which he replied, "um I think we're out". The manager never intervened despite the store closing at 10pm. The sweet tea was out and never refilled during our visit. We also saw 4 other families who decided to have dinner at Cicis because of the coupon their kids recieved but were also denied. As a paying customer the false advertisement or decision to not honor a valid coupon coupled with the unprofessional distasteful experience is sure to keep us from supporting...
