Oh, O Mart, where do I begin? Nestled in the heart of a run-down strip center that looks like itâs on life support, this place is what happens when a flea market and a construction zone have a baby. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with the unmistakable smell of... well, something old. I'm not saying it's haunted, but I wouldn't be surprised if some of the products were here when the place opened.
The selection is, shall we say, âcuratedâ â if by curated, you mean theyâve curated very little. There's enough to make you wonder if theyâre in the retail business or just squatting in the space until something better comes along.
But wait, thereâs hope! Tour de Jours Bakery sits in the corner like a beacon of sugar-coated mediocrity. I canât tell if they're selling pastries or just barely holding on for dear life. Are they open? Are they bankrupt? The mystery is half the fun!
In short, if you're looking for construction dust, a questionable smell, and a bakery with an existential crisis, O Mart got it all. Well, at least...

Its fully stocked and a great one stop shop for all your asian good needs. I think that they have a wide variety of products so your options aren't limited and they are a fairly big store. They also have a small cafe, restaurant, and barber shop inside as well. The cafe was one of the first and still only places to get tapioca in Killeen. I wouldn't say itâs the best boba you'll ever have but it does the job when there aren't very many other places in the area to get some from. Also, the food O-mart is actually pretty great. I have eaten here multiple times over the years and their noodles and soups have never disappointed me. The portions are pretty large and everything is fairly priced so I am always satisfied whenever I come in. The service here is also always really good. The cashiers are friendly and if you donât know where something is then someone will lead the way to that...

Then had the audacity to tell me I canât wait at the counter. MAYBE if she boxed my food the first time in a timely matter I wouldnât have had to stand there, the ONLY reason why I stood there was because after I told her it was TOGO she let my food sit there for a good ten minutes before she started boxing it up. ALSO, she gave me the wrong food, So when I called and asked for the supervisor, the supervisor told me it was MY fault for not checking & I would not be getting any type of refund or a new plate made since I didnât check the food. This place has been declining over the years, the food is getting worse and the customer service is trash. Save yourself some time and energy and go to New Oriental Cafe in Heights, itâs family owned & they actually care...
