Absolutely the best around. I had a screen simply stop working that was previously repaired by Verizon through Asurion.

I brought that phone, frantic, to John at Reconnected. I need my phone to unlock many parts of my remote job through multi-factor authentication. The thought of being without it through the Memorial Day weekend was overwhelming.

John began by RESISTING the repair because screens are pricey and I may have been able to get it "free" through Asurion. He offered to diagnose, and used his own stock to test whether a new screen would fix my problem. He really wanted me to try to not spend all that money... so offered a "rental" to get me through. He again did everything he could to not charge extra, and helped transfer by hooking up that spare (new!) screen he had temporarily to access my broken phone.

I walked out with my rental, and Verizon continued to disappoint. There were issues at Verizon with enabling the spare phone, so I returned near closing time to tell John I just needed to pay for the screen. John insisted on applying the rental money, having only had it for 2 hours, to the screen replacement.

There is no doubt this company cares about its community and doing the best job without charging more than necessary. When my repair was done, John stayed late to do the work for another family who showed up during my repair before closing.

John then recommended a better insurance than Asurion that would have solved my issue without dealing with Vegas...

My daughter broke her IPhone 12 screen. Not expecting to get her phone fixed that day I went into the store 20 mins before they closed, I was just going to ask how much they charge and how long will they have to have my daughter's phone. The super nice young girl working told me the price, which I was very happy with, and told me she could have it done in 15 mins!!!! SOLD!!! My daughter and I walked down to another store while we waited and we were back in 15 mins to pick up her phone and it was already fixed!!!! It works perfectly and she hasn't had any issues with the new screen at all!! So for a little over $100 bucks, I'm more than happy with the service we received. I will definitely be going there again if ever need be. We needed a place like this in Kingman!!! Keep up the good service!! ...

They did a good job at fixing my phone. But I feel like o was overcharged. They put a case a camera lens protector on my phone that I didn’t ask for cause a girl that was hanging out with me was supposed to pay for it and she told them to put all that on my phone and I was told that they couldn’t take it off because it was already put on my phone. But they definitely could. I’m happy that my phone was fixed. And I’m thankful but they still overcharged me for fixing my phone and putting the case and camera lens protector on it when I didn’t ask for it. I’m finally getting my phone back today after not having it for almost a month. That’s why I’m giving 3 stars. They’re a good place to get your phone fixed but I feel like...
