Starbucks — Restaurant in Kingman

Starbucks is finally back! They’ve figured out that Covid is over and that they really should cater to customers who actually buy things there. They now have cream and all the sweeteners out so you no longer have to go to the counter and beg for them. Plus the chairs aren’t full of free loaders getting a free charge and free wifi.

How about those science whiz’s at Starbucks? Despite knowing for 1 1/2 years that Covid is not spread via surface contact, they still keep all the sweetener / creamers / stir sticks etc behind the counter. And all the employees are forced to wear ugly ineffective cloth masks. Sometimes these people who think they’re smart can be very dumb.

I have ordered the brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso 3 times through a delivery app. 2 of the 3 times, my Venti cup wasn't full. There is no "soft top" or whipped cream on this drink, and I did not ask for light or no ice. I had called to talk to the manager because it's kind of ridiculous that I'm paying a lot of money for this drink, and they don't even fill the cup. The manager was apologetic and said she understood. She would be upset, too. She told me to come in and she'd make it right. I rarely go into Starbucks because the parking lot is a mess, so I told her I just wanted her to be aware that they aren't filling the cups and that I wasn't expecting a free drink or anything. I have been a customer of Starbucks for at least 25 years. I worked for Starbucks for 4 years. I probably have spent enough to have put a down payment on a house. 😂😂 WHAT IS IT WITH THE MUSIC! ! dam! 90% of the time it's so loud you can't have a conversation.
