Stopped by the Sonic for a quick bite for the family. I drove in, and there were at least 3 cars at different ordering stalls and about the same number of cars in the drive-through. Thought to myself that it would be a quick in and out, but unfortunately, it was not. I drove into a stall and realized that it was out of order, so I pulled out and pulled into another stall next to another vehicle. I pressed the order button as another vehicle pulled into the stall next to mine. As I sat there waiting, I could hear the stall of the vehicle that just pulled in after me was already placing their order.
I thought, whatever, so I pressed the button again and then saw the other stalls order on my screen and had to wait until they finished ordering about 12 different items. Although the stall next to me finished ordering, I still had to wait until the screen refreshed. After a few minutes, I pressed the button again and was able to make an order.
I ordered my food and paid for it. As I was rifling through the order, I realized they had forgotten a couple of items from my order. I pressed the button, and they responded and said that they would bring my missing items.
After 10 mins of waiting, I never received my missing items. I re-pressed the button, and the person said they forgot about my items. Again, I had to wait another 5-10 mins for my items.
Overall, my experience with this Sonics is hit or miss. But consistently, it's slow, and when ordering over 6 items, you are almost guaranteed to be missing items in your order. My recommendation is to go by yourself, or if you are going with others, always check your order...
Read moreWe went to Sonic on Stockton Hill last night at about 9pm, we ordered meals for myself, my wife and my grandson. The girl that brought our food out was carrying 2 trays 2 different orders for 2 different cars, well she dropped our food, and so on top of waiting forever for order, we had to wait again for them to remake the order for my wife and I but she gave us the kids meal. When she got home, the fries tasted like that were cooked the day before, she found a hair in her popcorn chicken and all the food was cold. So I called the Sonic and was making my complaint and the young guy who claimed to be a manager hung up on me. So we called the store on Andy Devine and the lady we talked to was very helpful and she gave us the number of the district manager. My wife just called her and she didn't offer any kind of apology, she didn't offer to remake our food, nothing. Well, I can't speak for everyone, but, when I go out to eat anywhere, I expect to get food worth eating, and if this is the best Sonic can do, they need to do something, because I personally won't go there again if this is the level of service we will get.

Read moreI left surprise at sonic so I came this morning and got a hamburger and five and the fries were so overdone I couldn’t even bite. I could barely break them with my fingers so I push the button and I’m not a complainer, but I love the fries so much I wasn’t willing to throw them away. I wanted five so they gave me another five. Only these ones were burnt too, so I pushed the button again and I told them that I really don’t like to complain. I’m not complainer. The person sounded irritated so I thought but they were gonna be rude to me and they took a really long time to come out here until she came out and said it was ok for being a complainer and she was telling me that she completely understood. Food is expensive and when I open the bag, I realize the reason they took so long is because they cooked a fresh batch and they gave me like an extra extra large container of fries. That is what you’re supposed to do. Customer service good for them for taking care of their customers like that. I feel like they listen to the customer and wanted to make it right and that is what businesses are supposed to do and I’m so stoked on this place and I will definitely come back here...
