Awesome customer service! We were looking for two specific pairs of gloves that we couldn’t find anywhere in our sizes. Thunder Rode’s website showed them in-stock. As soon as I placed my order, we received a phone call letting us know they didn’t have the size gloves we had ordered for my husband in stock. He advised us what size we should try for him instead, and also let me know that the women’s medium I had ordered would equate to receiving a men’s small. If they didn’t fit, they said they’d pay for return shipping on both. My husbands were a perfect fit, unfortunately mine were too big. I emailed and asked if they knew how I could locate a pair of women’s small as the men’s fit is just big for a woman’s hand. They were right on it! Within a week I had the perfect sized pair in and on my hands! I am so happy with this company and the service they have provided. I will definitely be back! (They in this review=Jack. I had a pair of leather boots that all the stitching had came out of the inside of the toe cap on both. Jack said he could fix it. I had another boot that my pit puppy had ripped the tongue in half. He said he could fix that too and gave me an estimate. Later that day he texted they were done. The work was excellent, and solid. He charged me less than estimated for a same day turnaround.
