Mudd on 66 — Restaurant in Kingman

Man the coffee was Amazing! One of the best lates I’ve had in a long time. Super unique flavor. On the other hand, the service was so bad. 2 younger female staff and one was rude. Absolutely no smiles or “have a nice day”. Didn’t acknowledge me when I said “thank you” after grabbing our drinks. Spent $34 which is fine but would expect friendly service. My 3 year old dropped her chocolate milk and it was completely full so we lost the whole drink. When I approached them I apologized and asked for a mop, they said they didn’t have one and handed me a handful of paper towels. The one girl came and helped wipe up some of the floor and then left and there was still a huge spill on the table. It was our accident so I cleaned the rest, went and wet the napkins from restroom sink and cleaned off the table. Then ordered her a new one and paid another $4 and they just seemed annoyed. I don’t understand why, I’m paying for the new drink and cleaning my own mess. I also ordered myself another latte to go, and it was just sitting on the counter. When I asked “is this mine” she said “yep” and slid down the new hot chocolate too and...

Stopped in from out of town to get some lattes with an extra shot of espresso. Noticed the barista pumping something from an unmarked silver pump into the cups and thought that was odd. Once we tasted the coffee we realized she pumped cold brew into the cups instead brewing espresso and not sure if we were charged for an extra “pump”? rather than shot?? Overall a $16 charge. Went to another coffee shop after and asked about this place - they said it was a common theme they’ve heard. Would recommend training on drinks or the espresso machine as that’s a lot of money to be charged when folks may be in a rush on the road and can’t come back to...

Ordered a simple iced caramel Macchiato, a bit weak, mostly milk, but it worked fine. I also ordered a Bagel. Their menu doesn't give me the name/type, herbs, and cheese of some kind. Honestly, it's the best I've had! I ate it plain (butter, cream cheese, or peanut butter was offered).....but I really just wanted to taste the seasoning. It was very good.

The atmosphere is a little cold, but they are still new with room to grow and improve. There is a shaded outdoor area, though with our summers....choose wisely. 😃

I will return, and I look forward to their growth in this community. ...
