Your claim of my receiving “free services” in consequence of writing my reviews is false and slandering. Its called free speech and if you can not tolerate any kind of negative feedback than do not be in buisness. I am wondering now, since before my review you had all five stars, if you bullied people into taking down any negative comments they left. Since now you are threatening me via google review. I expect to be treated in the same manner I treat my customers when I am doing business. You did not respond to my email requesting for a one time exception and the shirt you sold to me the fabric was thin, rough, and cheap feeling. They really helped me out with a situation recently, and because of their excellent customer service, I will continue to shop at Starr, tell my friends about it, and leave positive reviews! This is my go to boutique for a shopping spree, or if I have an event coming up.

We were there for 9 days and I went to Starr boutique on 4 separate occasions and bought something every single time. 4 months later and the items I bought are still my favorite pieces in my closet. I live in Raleigh, NC and haven’t been able to find a boutique that I love as much!!
