I was so scared that this place was closed as we drove up. We had the WORST weather imaginable for a first trip to the outer banks! It was cold, dark and rainy the whole frikkin week! So you can imagine why I wanted it to be open! It was open thankfully and it is a humongous space. The gentleman who runs it was the only other person in there. He is also the artist who did the resin work in there! He also has classes one day a month, I remember it was a Thursday but don't remember which! There are so many beautiful things here! Most pieces are made by local artists, and you won’t find any of the cheap, mass-produced souvenirs you see in typical tourist shops.
The man working there was one of the kindest, most welcoming, and genuinely helpful people I’ve ever met. His warmth and knowledge made the experience even better.

   Read moreI loved this store! Stopped in here during our trip to Kitty Hawk. I was looking for a store where I could support a small business with local makers. This was definitely the store for me! They had such an array of decor, jewelry, cups, soaps, etc. made by local makers. I bought some really cute glass earrings, handmade soap, and an adorable Christmas ornament for my mom. The owner was so sweet too. She was very helpful and personable. Icing on the cake was that she was, also, from Pennsylvania and a Steelers fan like us! Loved it....
