First had an appointment which made me cancel all my morning appointments and change them to the afternoon. Then after being told I would have a morning appointment, I got the notification that my appointment would be between 11:30am and 3:30pm. Not a morning appointment after all and not finding out till the NIGHT before only thing I can do is cancel my other appointments. Then the day comes and goes and still no call no show by 4:45pm. I finally get a call saying he would be on his way. No you wonāt. It is now too late and nobody had the common courtesy to call and say hey we are running late after completely waisting my entire day. So had to reschedule which took almost another 2 weeks. Missing parts that I was told was ordered but when tech came told me no I ordered something different even though I did not order, it was another tech checking things out. Some of the absolute dumbest things were wrong. Put the metal support web under my cushion in backwards. I knew things did not feel right. Then finally realized that the most basic thing as my seat cushion was in my wheelchair backwards. Did not observe as he took things apart such as which side the wires go on with the joystick and arm rest. So instead of them being on the outside out of my way, they are on the inside rubbing against me and for somebody with extreme sensitivities I canāt deal with them rubbing against me. So I am, rather than wait for god knows how long, am taking things apart and having to fix myself. The customer service and general courtesy towards clients and patients is non existent. It has been this way with NuMotion since they purchased what was a smaller company. But since I had gotten my wheelchair through them I could not change who fixed it. I am due to begin the process of ordering a new wheelchair in 2 weeks. It is time to find a company that is not too big for themselves and has some semblance of personal touch and cares for their patients and clients. Ongoing issues and their customer service...

I talk to Brandy when I call back in new orders and she is very nice but obviously canāt get anyone to do anything. Our son has Down Syndrome, going on 3 and cannot walk. He is in desperate need of a gait trainer and his doctor ordered this and it has been approved OVER 4 months ago! It hasnāt even been ordered and has been approved by insurance. His physical therapist have been waiting on this piece of equipment for almost 5 months now. If you have a choice DO NOT HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY! No one I have talked to has a clue whatās going on and NO ONE wants to do their job! Ridiculous when you are SUPPOSE TO BE CARING FOR PEOPLE IN NEED OF THINGS!!!....especially with physically limitations! Again, go somewhere else! Do not use them! While waiting on parts for my new wheelchair they gave me a loaner wheelchair it was dirty and the bottom plate fell off and they fixed it but then the screw came out of the foot rest and they refuse to to come and fix it I had to use this unsafe wheelchair and every time I called all I got was excuses, I had back surgery and they sent me a loaner that they put a butt cushion on the chair using it as a back cushion and part of my back was on metal causing a bruise on my back and the butt cushion was not the cushion made for the chair causing part of my legs to be on metal. To make matters worse when the tech came to fix my wheelchair I was telling him how bad the loaner chair was and the technician response was next time we won't even bring you a loaner which is very unprofessional, my caregiver even heard the technician saying this.
