This isxa bitter sweet review but absolutely positive nonetheless. I had done business with Greg Sweets at another supplier fir many manybyrs and as fate dictated, Mr Sweets brought his unique and laid back country style but effective sales style to Cor-Tenn. I continued happily to do business with him, and changed suppliers BECAUSE of Greg. I eas loyal to him and he to me because of our connection. He was always like somebody you knew your whole life. I was very comfortable with him and Greg was a straight shooter and I never had any worries with this guy. He took care of everything just like he said he would and I could count on him. Kudos to this company for getting the guy that can have an effect on people like that. They were wise and making that choice. Sadly Greg passed away very recently and I remember the whole day and the next after hearing the news just being a shock and disbelief because I had just ordered from him a few days beforehand. I think these guys are great I'm going to continue to do business with them. Even if I had to deal with somebody else and Greg was not available it's always been on the up and up and a solid transaction every time. These guys even sent me a great gift basket if you would call it that of country products that I am really going to enjoy such as grits bacon honey blackberry jam etc. Nobody is ever done that. Great people Great service. I have purchased many cases of chinking. I had an issue with 3 quart tube’s of Log Jam Chinking from one of 3 cases I received recently. The product was oozing out from the bottom of the tube when dispensing. I called the folks at Corr-Tenn explained the issue I was experiencing and they replaced the 3 tubes.
