The café left a fantastic impression with its unique setup. Located in a former garage, it combines a charming schoolyard atmosphere with an intriguing loft-style interior. The two halls with comfortable furniture, an open area with hanging hammocks, and an artificial lawn create a relaxing space. The abundance of power outlets makes it perfect for working. The cleanliness of the place, a bike parking area, and a large parking lot across the road add to its convenience. As for the drinks, the iced latte was simply delightful — perfectly balanced flavor and great presentation. The staff deserves special mention: three girls who were not only very friendly and smiling but also incredibly beautiful, adding to the warm atmosphere. All of this makes the café not just cozy, but truly memorable. I will definitely be coming back!

While driving through Knoxville we found this place on google maps. With beautiful latte art photos showing in google of lovey espresso and so many reviews. Even checked out there IG account and looked good as well. So excited to visit. This image is of my 12 oz double shot latte. No edits on this image just truly how it looked. You can imagine the taste of it…. Well on to the food that was served piping hot I’ll give you that. But the sausage on one bagel sandwich was pink and under cooked, another well done. Found two long hairs in another bagel sandwich. Sad disappointment for us and I just want others to know your not getting craft lattes here. Dispite what they advertise. It’s a bagel joint but not a New York style… I hate leaving bad reviews but also don’t like trickery…. Ahhh don’t hate the messager….

This location of kbrew has gone down hill pretty bad after Covid. I used to come here all the time, I loved it! You could see me there 3-4 times a week. They had amazing deals, student oriented, and open to all kinds of people and dogs! Now, it’s gotten gentrified, not as clean as it used to, and feels more like a money making business than a comfortable and homey place to do homework. Especially when it’s busy, it’s uncomfortable to stand in the lobby with everyone else standing waiting for you food, you never know who’s in line or what they are doing. Most of the people that come here are loud, so it’s hard to concentrate. I am still a big fan of k brews bagels and specialty drinks but I maybe go once every two months if I’m in the area.

One of the better coffee shops I've been (and I work in one).

This place is excellent. A great selection of speciality coffees (pour over, espresso, etc.), really tasty specialty syrups that have amazing flavor but light sweetness, and delicious espresso.

I had a 6 shot Americano with hazelnut syrup and my partner had a lavender latte. Both of which were excellent. We also had a lox bagel and had zero complaints. The smoked salmon was delicious and their bagel was also a great mix of soft interior and chewy delicious crust.

We brought home a half dozen bagels and I'm very happy with that too. We grabbed some jalapeno cheddar and some pumpernickel rye both of which were delicious. The jalapeno cheddar tasted like jalapeno cheddar cheetos but like... real haha.

The shop itself is super cute. Very open plan, nice porch area that has some great hanging seats. General seating indoors is also wonderful. Plenty of desk space also. Staff were all very kind and great about answering questions.

Any time we're in Knoxville, this will be on our short list of...

Worst and most expensive bacon egg and cheese bagel ever! First of all my bagel was burned. The whole sandwich was blazing hot. The egg was overdone, everything was overdone. The cheese was dried out. The sandwich was greasy and smoky. Disgusting! All for almost 10 dollars!! No thank you. Obviously people are there for the atmosphere. Boy are you paying for it. The girls were snotty. Again trendy atmosphere. If you want a good egg sandwich on a real bagel, go right down the road to Best bagels. They don't make money on the atmosphere, just good food for a lot less!! BTW, the bagel was horrible! Kbrew Obviously needs to try a real bagel and try and copy it because they are way off base. More like a roll kind of. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I don't think so. People that think kbrew makes a good BEC bagel probably think the country is doing fine. We all got our opinions. I'm from Long Island and have enjoyed GOOD bagels my whole life and know the difference. 10 dollars!! Insanity!!...

I’ve been once. My regular place was closed for a holiday and I’d been wanting to try Kbrew so I drove a distance to get there.

It was busy in the seats but not through the door. I ordered two large coffees (“drips” in coffee lingo). They gave me the first and told me it would be a few minutes for the second because they needed to make some more. Okay. I’ll be patient.

Turns out the first cup is whatever has been sitting in the bottom of the coffee maker for awhile. It’s really really burnt tasting. I decide not to complain, the second cup will be fresh.

I wait about 12 minutes or so. They’ve obviously forgotten me. I finally just leave.

Poured the cup of coffee that should have never been served to someone out in the parking lot.

After I left, to save time I just went through the McDonald’s drive thru and got a large cup. It was much better than what I was served at Kbrew.

I probably won’t make the...
