Regarding wash and fold: the old man, that may or may not speak English well, charged me about $12.xx on a paper receipt to wash and fold same day about 4 sets of gym clothes. Said it would take 2/hrs. After I paid $13, he didn't give change and he demanded $7. Me: For what? Him: The same day. Me: Ok, so why is it not on the receipt? Him: slams down my change $7 or not same day. Me: Well put it on the receipt.
Then I give him two $5 bills for the extra $7 cost and at this time he now puts it in the computer and makes a printed receipt. Weird. He gives me $1 back instead of $3... Me: I need two more dollars. Him: Argues and throws money back to me Count it!.
So I count it and am correct and take my other two bucks. Then as I am leaving he tells me 3 hours instead of the original 2 hours. The place had one other guy there...I confront him about it and he throws his hands up and agrees.
I'm writing this review because if he isn't the owner then the owner is getting cheated out of $ and so are clients. He was extremely difficult and not trustworthy. Oh, also I just looked at the change I got from the first part of the transaction and he gave me an old no cash value TOKEN instead of a quarter.
Sure "it's only a quarter", but it would of been more if I hadn't been vigilant about the whole situation. How much else is he stealing...

We needed to do our laundry but had a change of plans at the time. We decided to get our quarters anyways because we would need them. The man stands behind my boyfriend interrogating him, "What are you doing?" Each time my boyfriend says "getting quarters" confused with the questioning. Finally the man tells him to stop and that the quarters are only for customers. At that point, the machine had taken our $20 and is dispensing. The guy again tells him to stop and continues to grill us until we leave. Very understandable policy, however we still may be customers to this laundromat. The man being a Nazi about the coin machine is really unnecessary and true customer service would've handled it better...politely mentioning that the machine is only for a customer or posting a sign. Not treating someone rudely and like some sort...

I had issues with almost every machine.
I calculated out the amount of money I would need to wash/dry my various loads of laundry. When completed I asked for the $1 deposit back for my card as I no longer needed it and I was informed it was nonrefundable! I informed them that no where did it say it was nonrefundable and that as it was a deposit and NOT a purchase as it could not be used anywhere other than here. I demanded my money back and that if they refused I would contact the authorities concerning the theft of my money. They said they would call their manager and upon completion of the call they returned my deposit and informed me I was no longer welcome there and...
