Red Lobster — Restaurant in Knoxville

My Fiancé and I had a date night here tonight. We’ve only ate at this location two or maybe three times. The food has been awesome every single time as well as the servers. But I would definitely like to point out a specific waitress that we had tonight. Her name was Brandy, It was her second day waiting tables &’ if she wouldn’t have mentioned that to us we would’ve never thought it was only her second day in that position. She was awesome for sure! Very sweet lady, if we had a question she was able to answer it for us, she didn’t aggravate us by coming to the table to much but, she also didn’t let our Pepsi’s go dry at all by not coming enough. She came to the table just in time. Not once did we have to ask her to refill anything, she already us covered. She had us a refill of pepsi on the table before we were completely finished with the first one so, she didn’t let us go without through out the whole meal. Asked us if we would like to take a Pepsi to go with us, asked us if we wanted to take home some of the awesome Cheddar biscuits. I was trying to figure out how to pay on the tablet but also was trying to redeem my birthday reward &’ she was kind enough to show me how to do for future reference as well instead of just picking up the tablet &’ doing it herself &’ me still not knowing how to do my next visit if I have a reward… Great food, everything was exactly how we wanted it, a awesome waitress ( on her second day of serving tables ) It was just really all in all a fantastic date night! It always makes it a smoother, non stressful, great date night out with your fiancé when you get a waitress like Brandy, the one we had tonight… We will definitely be back to this Red Lobster location! Keep up the good work! I don’t post a lot of reviews at all to businesses. But, when somebody does there job &’ does it RIGHT, is very nice, is on top of every refill without us having to wait, or without us even having to ask at all. I feel like that deserves some recognition for sure &’ that is why I took the time to write &’ post this review! Thank You again for the awesome customer service!...

Took my mother in law here while she was in town. Hadn’t eaten at a red lobster in 2 years. She was craving lobster and I wanted the endless shrimp. We get seated(in the far back corner of the restaurant) we are greeted by a waitress who takes our drink orders. We wait for approx 10 mins and still have no drinks then we are greeted by a different waiter by the name of Buddha. Not sure what the miscommunication was but non the less we re ordered our drinks. My partner went to the bar prior to this to see what bourbons they had. The bar was completely dead with no open tickets. We all ordered drinks, including a glass of wine, mango martini, and a knob creek old fashioned. We waited over 15 mins for our drinks. And the old fashioned didn’t taste the best. We proceed to order our food. My mother in law orders the live lobster, I the shrimp and my partner orders 2lbs of crab in the roasted garlic butter. We patiently wait for our food. Then the manager approaches and asks if we wanted the lobster split and cleaned. We agreed for it to be split. A bit later we get our food. This is where it really starts to go down hill. The crab was steamed with no seasoning, didn’t have a cracker setup for the first 10 mins. One of the clusters of crab was dirty brown looking vs the vivid red the rest were and they were all overcooked. My mother in laws lobster looked great but the meat was so overcooked she had to cut it with a knife. And I ordered the endless shrimp which one would think you can’t mess up but by the end of the night I had food poisoning. Have been sick most of the weekend which prevented me from seeing my daughter(who I only see on the weekends). I tried to think this was something else I may have eaten however the only meal I had on Friday was Red Lobster so it had to have been it. Worst experience I’ve ever had at...

My sister took me there for my birthday, arrived at 11am,seated right away, perfect! Cocktail of course Long island tea please, excuse me? Is THIS regular tea? No alcohol taste,look,or effects, no biggie on to the stuffed mushrooms yummy 😋 right? Ehh take it leave.. I couldn't wait for the ultimate feast.. lobster tail I did research on THIS Maine or Caribbean I choose Maine, I ask please 🙏 do not over cook don't want rubbery and chewy apparently they thought that's what I wanted cause that's how it was rubbery chewy no taste icky even sis was unimpressed and it was cold 🥶 then the Crab legs, skinny as my pinky finger 5 of them also cold 🥶 hardly no meat at ALL SMH shrimp scampi had flavor 😋 shrimp on skewer no season broccoli cold 🥶 no season, I didn't bother with rice, the brussel sprouts were absolutely fabulous!!! I would go there and get a side of brussel sprouts alone!! My sister had the parrot shrimp again cold ❄️ Pina colada dipping sauce was great 👍 asked for New sauce they have "samu" they ran out??? At 11 am?? Really early to run out when your just opening if I was paying AND I know My sister wanted My Day to be so VERY perfect so I didn't say anything I would've sent everything back or at least ask them to heat it up for 100.00 my goodness and it would've been different if it was busy but it wasn't I'm so very VERY disappointed maybe 🤔 captian D can do better LoL 🤣 but seriously AND Heck I've heard there food is hot...maybe 🤔 just drive up the road and go to Chesapeake's AND Heck I've heard that they will take the lobster outta the shell for you and the prices are comparable when looking at the menu.
