I love Middle Eastern food and was excited to find lamb kebobs on the menu. I dragged my husband out to have lunch here despite him being against food trucks. I saw in reviews someone mentioned that kebobs were dry but decided to give it a shot. As I was ordering, I asked to please not overcook the lamb and make it a medium. The shishkebobs were super tiny, maybe 1 inch bites, and very, very dry. I think they were already cooked to be well done in advance, so there is no option for an adjustment. We also ordered Bashmil and Hawawshi. Both were good, but not to die for, and not worth the price, in my opinion, for the portion size. However, Koshri is too expensive for what it is. This is the cheapest convenience food in Egypt, no meat, hard to justify buying it again for the saem price. Hawashi is tasty but they burned it while warming up and tasted bitter. They need a panini maker. I wished they had some salad with kebab instead of just rice. It just doesn't compliment well. Koshri would have been great substitute may be for a dollar more charge? Overall, I am happy they opened this food truck in Knoxville, we will be...

Wonderful ambiance and truck is parked at right spot! Must try and price is...
