I only stopped in to browse what they had, and everyone was very friendly. They've got quite a big selection and their prices seem comparable to other stores this size. I did see a few chairs I liked, so we may be back in the future. 5/12/23- I came back today because I've been wanting a power recliner. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door, & he showed me all the power recliners they had, but I had already decided I wanted the one from the Eric Church collection. It was expensive, but it matches my room decor and it was really comfortable. I decided to get the 3-year warranty on it, & I'll update my review after I get it delivered. 5/20/23 - They give you a 4-hour window for delivery, but mine came 45 minutes before the delivery window...7:14am. Since I'm not a morning person & I was still in bed, I was not pleased. The delivery guys said they were told to be here by 7 a.m., so they thought they were 15 minutes late. Apparently there is a lack of communication concerning delivery times. Besides that, they were in and out pretty quick and everything worked great. The chair is very comfortable and so far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. 😁 5/24/23 - Well, I've only had the chair for 4 days now, and it's starting to smell like cat pee. I did Google "leather smelling like cat pee" and apparently it's a thing. I wish I had known that before purchasing such an expensive chair. So I'm not sure if it's real leather or not. I will be calling the store and following up with this. 6/24/23 - They replaced my first chair, with a new one, about two weeks ago. There is a leather smell, but it's nothing like the last chair. My only complaint this time, was that they seem to use contractors when you're returning or swapping out something, and they weren't that gentle unloading my new chair. I did look it over and it seemed to be fine, though. I'm very pleased that they addressed the issue so quickly, and I've changed my rating back to 5 stars. I also wanted to add, that if you don't have the money up front, usually you can get an interest-free payment plan through Synchrony. Just make sure you have it paid off before the promotional period ends, so you aren't charged interest from the time it started.

My husband and I have always shopped with Rooms To Go. We recently purchased two bookshelves and an entertainment center online. The packages were shipped through the distributor, Walker Edison, from Salt Lake City, Utah. When they arrived, the boxes were in fine condition. I opened them the next morning to get to work building the bookshelves to discover that both bookshelves were broken. Both of them, in the exact same spot. My husband immediately called Walker Edison and the woman he spoke to gave him some excuse that it had to be a shipping problem. My husband explained that the boxes were in perfect condition. Even the styrofoam inside of the boxes were in perfect condition. Only explanation: they had to be broken when they were packed. The woman refused to do anything about it other than replace the parts broken, which my husband explained were the main components of the bookshelves. He asked for a replacement and they flat out refused. We then spoke to Rooms To Go and told them at this point, we want a refund. Rooms To Go told us they would pick up the broken bookshelves when they delivered our other delivery (mattresses) and that would get the refund process started.. A week goes by, they drop off the mattresses and refuse to take the broken bookshelves and entertainment center. We have been trying to get someone to do something about this since the date we received it. We have called Rooms To Go every other day for the last two weeks. They keep making promises to refund and we're still waiting, with three giant boxes piled up in our apartment. DO NOT ORDER FROM ANYTHING THAT SAYS WALKER EDISON. You will receive broken furniture that no one will do anything about.

It was our last stop of the day and, after so many unsuccessful trips, we didn’t have high hopes. We were greeted by Ron who immediately made us feel like we were in the right place. He explained how their signage worked and how to look for what we needed then, with no pressure, let us look around the store on our own for as long as we needed. We were used to salesmen following us around and watching us sit on every sofa, never allowing us a chance to actually talk together about how we really feel about the item. But, at Rooms to Go, we took our time, no pressure added, and were able to assess each item and discuss together privately how we felt. Everything we tried was so nice but, after a short search, we found “the one!” We landed on a loveseat and ottoman that were “holy grail Goldilocks” comfortable! Super soft but, with just enough support, and great material and beautiful color. And, the pricing was very transparent and a great deal - with an awesome deal on financing, as well! Once Ron saw us settling down into our chosen pieces, he approached and we were able to make our purchase. He explained everything very thoroughly and helped us feel confident in our purchase. AND, our items will be delivered in a week! We can’t wait! Thank you Ron and Rooms to Go! :)

A little long, but would like to share my incredible experience purchasing a mattress & adjustable bed frame from Rooms To Go. Couldn't have went better! Called ahead to ask a few questions & upon arrival was greated promptly at the door by an associate who immediately put us in touch with Konstance, with whom we spoke on the phone! She was awesome! Right away she began her system of showing us mattresses from a high to low price range following the exact criteria we were looking for. She was EXTREMELY patient & allowed us to take our time inspecting & trying out each mattress. Not once did she pressure or rush us, she listened to our story & truly cared - helping us choose just the right purchase for our budget. Questions ... were answered immediately, suggestions were made w/the utmost professionalism & the final transaction was smooth as silk. She was friendly, knowledgeable, easy going, & didn't mind walking in circles w/us until we decided on just the right fit. In addition she took the time to share & recommend some loveseats for a future purchase. Thanks to her recommending the electric adjustable frame, which was on sale for an excellent price, we thought it through & called her upon arriving home & purchased it over the phone where she once again went above & beyond staying on the phone w/us, walking us through each step saving us a large amount of $$$. RTG also offers express next day delivery, so we were able to receive both items within 2 days of purchase, which was also very convenient & the delivery workers were great. Very quick, neat, & professional having the mattress & frame installed in minutes. Overall I have no major issues or concerns with my transaction. The products are high quality, appear durable & with the excellent customer service, warranties, prices & ease of purchase, I highly recommend purchasing from Rooms To Go, as I plan to do so again myself & have done so in the past, which too was a pleasant experience. I also highly recommend that if you will be purchasing in the Knoxville, TN area that you ask for Konstance ... you will not...
