I've gone to a number of Korean grocery stores in this area and this is one of my favorite places. Clean. Well stocked. You can get everything you need here. The deli has a good selection of prepared foods and uncooked stuff. I love the to go Korean sushi, veggies, and the noodle dishes. You can't go wrong with their meat and though a bit pricey on some things that's the way it goes with Korean grocery stores in this area. As a black woman, unfortunately I have had a few bad experiences in some Korean grocery stores in the area, like being mistreated even though I'm a paying customer, like being followed because I guess they think I'm going to steal BUT I've never been mistreated at this place. Read moreThis establishment i found to be extremely unprofessional, regarding phone etiquette and sensitivity to family issues. Some staff were professional in the sense that they stayed on the phone with you and did not become combative or hang up. The family member who works here talks about me in an unfavorable light relentlessly, and the staff treat me as such, without know me, our family situation, and the family members history of violence and currently abusive nature. This establishment is unsafe I regards to the emotional health and positive experiences had by customers. I wish to have them reported,...

After I believe 5pm, all gimbap is $3.00, instead of $5.00. Admittedly it is not as fresh, but after a long day it is hardly a bother. The gimbap is simple, with choice of fishcake, bulgogi, or just veggies (sesame leaf). It is nothing fancy, but gets the job done for a quick meal.
I have bought other things from this market on a rare occasion, and the experience always went well. The market has a bit of a 'dumpy' feeling (dirty floors, products strewn about), but it's nothing...
