Pho Season — Restaurant in La Cañada Flintridge

Usually wonderful, I just had a bad experience with the online ordering that left a very bad taste in my mouth. I ordered three soups and two bahn mi, when I got there I had already payed online and wanted to just grab what I ordered. The woman handed me the bag which was smaller than I expected and when I asked she said I had only ordered two soups. I had to pull up the bill from my phone to show I had ordered and payed for 3 soups and 2 sandwiches. She told me to grab the bag with the 2 soups & 2 sandwiches while she made me the third. She made it rushed so she forgot all the vegetable toppings that come with pho... So not only did I have to make sure I didn't get charged double for one of my soups, I ended up with enferior quality food... I really wanted some good pho too... Which they usually have, just don't order it online, I guess it's too confusing or easily...

Every single time the weather is cold out, the lady at the front always disregards everyone and kicks them out. You’d think they’d be happy they’re getting this much business, I guess not. Every single time I’ve tried to order pho while it’s cold out, i’m shoo’d out the door with the lady saying “it’s gonna be an hour wait i can’t. i cant take your order.” I’m not sure who’s hired the staff here, but they’ve hired the wrong girl to be in the front. Make sure “multi-tasker” is one of their skills. If she had said it in a nicer way, I’d be fine with it. She unplugs the phone as well, totally unprofessional. The lady just seems grumpy and rude. One man said he’d been waiting 45 minutes for 1 bowl of pho. The pho is exceptional I will say, but the service quality and wait times are...

horrible experience, i know meat is supposed to be under cooked but it was so undercooked to the point where i threw up in their bathroom and had to walk by their kitchen with a bug scurrying around! this has to be a health violation look at the picture at your own risk of eating here, the meat is sitting in a very dirty container for who knows how long. we told the waitress all this, we ordered 2 bowls of pho and wontons and at least the wontons were good but i told her i can’t pay for this. she then said ok well let me charge you for the wontons. like are you kidding? then she just let us go without paying thank god this was...
