It’s such a disappointment that I shopped in La Canada and I had a return, a gray tank top, and the sales person Alemi register 2 said this is supposed to be for a black tank top. After spending almost $800 yesterday I told her to call the manager and she’s telling me that I have an attitude in the meanwhile, when she had to get the approval from her manager. She turned around and said I’m not gonna help you someone else needs to help you. I asked for a manager Dennis came and talk to me by the way no personality what so ever. I did do the return with Flor. She was very sweet. She was smiling throughout the whole thing and she did my return. I never been so disrespected the way I was treated she should not be working there at all. And in the meanwhile Flor was there who is the assistant manager she heard the whole conversation and she apologize continuously. It’s so sad what this world is turning out to be when it comes to customer service. I would suggest buyers every time when you purchase something confirm what the color is or what is the style. They don’t deserve a rating at all and I shop so much from here monthly I purchase about $1400 a month I do have an...
Read moreYou can find weird great deals here. I got a great sketchbook for $1.50! You will also trip over items in every isle discarded and knocked over by the shoppers who apparently couldn't care less about where they shop/other shoppers and like wearing cheap one-time-use garments. But even if you can stomach the mess for the odd bargains you might find (a 6 pack of Puma socks for $7!), you'll then have to interact with the people who hate being there the most: the staff. Interact is an overstatement. The place could be automated and it would be the same amount of human interaction you get now, but you wouldn't leave feeling marked by the cashier who hates their job.
Finally, you can't take carts outside. Which sucks. Especially if you have kids. Which I do. And schlepping my soul-compromising bargains (a cute bug house for $4!) and a toddler to the car is a bunch of beestings. You might think locations may vary and given this Ross is in a pretty nice neighborhood, it would be pretty and nice. It's not. It's just like all the other Rosses. Rossees. Ross (singular plural?). Rossesuss....
Read moreIt bothers me that the security guard has to greet everyone. That's really for shoplifting purposes, not because Ross wants to say hello to ea h customer. To me its a fake gesture and its upsetting. If someone plans to shoplift, they will regardless. Target has a security guard at the entrance inside and they don't yell "Hello" when u walk in. Then when I inquired with the mgr, she tried to explain that customers get mad when they aren't greeted, so security does it. THAT'S A BUNCH OF BULLSH__T. So then u try to shop with a cart which is impossible because the isles are too narrow so people are either rude and won't move their carts or both people are working hard trying to get their carts past each others. Or u have to leave ure cart at the end and lug ure purse to look for an item, the whole experience...
