Yelp reviews aren't everything. I walked into the most unfriendly environment. They literally just stared at me. They didn't greet me or offer any help. They just went back to what they were doing as if I wasn't even there. They spoke in Korean and when I asked who to speak with they all just looked around as if to say, "not me". One of them, Jin, finally came over and spoke in mumbles and literally avoided eye contact the entire time.

I came in to inquire about lessons, cases, and repairs. I live in the neighborhood and always say I'm going to go in plus, the reviews are great. But I'm guessing not many Black people have gone in here because clearly, I wasn't welcome.

Then, Jin began walking away from me as I was speaking to him. He just ended the conversation. One guy came from the back and greeted me with a friendly hi and a smile. Thank goodness for him. A sigh of relief for a brief second. But that was it. There was an older gentleman who was being helped, a lesson maybe, who was just as unfriendly as the staff.

Needless to say, I will not be coming here again. The fear and disrespect was uncanny. I hate when race and gender play a role in how you're treated. And this, clearly played a role. I was friendly and presentable and literally was treated like trash. I smiled, they looked away. I spoke, they walked away. I inquired and Jin responded in one word answers. I'm from a small town and prefer small Mom and Pop places like this one. But wow.

Amazing service, beautiful yet functional guitar!! I ordered a Wolf WLP in Red Burst for my girlfriend and was immediately asked what setup I wanted. I emailed back my setup and the guitar shipped NEXT DAY. Ordered on a Friday and it was delivered monday morning. I opened the nice case they sent with it and I was in utter shock. This guitar came fully setup and not only that it is so beautiful to look at. I'm a lefty guitarist but gave it a go and man this thing plays like a dream and has the looks to back it up. From the Grover tuners, smooth neck, to the abolone inlays and logo, the gold plated hardware and the finish this thing screams $3600 Gibson at barely a fraction of the price.

I will be ordering another guitar soon for myself as they have an excellent selection for us lefty's , just have to figure out which one i want. If you order from them you wont regret it. Make sure to get a case too in your bundle as its a great price for these cases and will protect your guitar in transport.

AIO provides QUALITY instruments that get the job done. People like to say that when they get a good deal, or spend less, to justify their purchase. In this case... it's just a reality. Playability should never be underestimated. How does a guitar become a 'go to' or a "#1" in your line-up? It has to be a player. I just spent a lot of money on a special guitar for my 50th Birthday... but it's been put back on it's hanger since my AIO arrived. In fairness, 2 totally different style guitars, but the S4 has not left my hands. It has become my #1 guitar. I will probably switch out the pickguard and possibly change the bridge humbucker (maybe, but no real "need", just a preferential thing). But I've already asked my luthier to measure this guitar the way it came, and to always keep it setup like this going forward. I truly love this guitar!
