Three Stars isn't a negative review of this Park. In fact it lives up to its name as far as having a beautiful Vista of the neighboring hillsides of La Habra and the Mountains on top of Mountains to the East. In comparison to other parks this one just lacks facilities such as water fountains and rest rooms. There isn't a playground for children or other coordinatinated activities. However a nice evening stroll or frisbee with the family dog is where this park shines. There are two sets of apartments homes that over look the park. So I feel a level of comfort knowing that their overlook keeps us a bit safer when walking in the sunset hours. The park goers I have met have been warm welcoming and the dog owners that visit have been very respectful. Vista Grande Park is my after work spot to capture a great view of the sunset, and get a stress free stroll before heading in for the evening. Bring a chair and some quiet entertainment and you can enjoy the birds flying past you as you take in the views. Parking is street side for now as the gravel lot is closed. There is street sweeping. I'll post the day and hours once I double check

This park has no bathrooms no play equipment it's just a big empty field. Also the gate was locked so you couldn't get into the parking lot. So why did I give it to Stars? Well if you have RC cars or a plane or a drone this is absolutely fabulous. There's nothing to hit no trees no brushes and no people. Please note the picture was taken at a different park and is just to show you what to bring to this park to have fun

Not really a park more like a big empty lot, but nice enough to FLY my phantom 4 quadcopter there. Also the R/C dirt vehicles do their thing there also.

This place is horrifying! It really deserves no stars but that isn't an option. This unfinished park has nothing "park" like about it. My wife and I were out Geocaching with our four children and decided to try this spot out. The following is a list of what we ACTUALLY found: 3 kids smoking pot and drinking beer, an actual drug deal and 2 prostitutional acts taking place!! My wife was terrified and we all tried to escape the "park" and found ourselves trapped behind a chainlink fence. Trash and graffiti were everywhere. We eventually escaped and walked along Idaho St. back to our car. Please trust me this place is a dangerous neighborhood blight! NEVER bring your...

It's a great place to get some exercise in the open space if you don't mind the history of the land. I think the big sinking area in three center is where the old land fill is decomposing and sinking. I'm imagining they must regularly test the levels of methane output to ensure that it's still safe to use as a park but I imagine it might be years before it is considered safe to be used as residential property. Hit like if this review influences your visit...
