I want to start off by saying I just moved to San Diego a couple weeks ago. I live less than 5 mins from this place and the first couple times I came in the service was so great. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Wish I could say the same about my experience today. I walked in and there was a girl with long black hair working I went Tuesday the 13th around 530pm. She immediately came off rude as she was on her phone and said do I know what I want or do I need a minute. I said one second please as I look around at the vape juices. I then told her I was ready when she was and said I was looking for a certain flavor but it looks like they might be out. She then said yeah if it’s not up there I do not have it. (Very rudely) and then she goes do you need another minute? I then said well my friend is looking for an iced flavor do you have any recommendations? She rudely said iced!? And I was like yeah like iced vape juice and she says yeah I need a flavor or something. I was like oh I’m sorry strawberry or something and then she started naming the salt ones and I said oh I’m sorry not those the regular. She then throws her hands up and says well all the vape juices are right here! I felt like I was bothering her. So I said you know what. Your not being very helpful I’m going to leave. She laughed at me and said wow as I walked out the door. It really sucks. I’m not sure if I will be back because of her. Might just do my ordering online...
Read moreI’m a local have been coming to the smoke shop for a year. Always buying backwoods and water pipes. I decided I was going to try a vaporizer and the employees are very helpful. They sold me instantly on supposably the best product the PAX3. I left happy excited lol … little to know that when I opened it up to test the product it didn’t work. Wish the smoke shop would have had a bigger sign saying no refunds, the sign was hiding , definitely not visible and I was never informed that they don’t help at all in warranty situations or returns. Took me a week to get a hold of the manager, due to him never being available according to his employees. As I addressed my concern to the manager, the manager already was denying help or any type of exchange of the product. I always give businesses the benefit of a doubt in situations like this. Manager did not care, just told me call the manufacturer for warranty. Not happy with the customer service, I pretty much lost $250. On this purchase. And they did not care one bit to help me out, at least with an exchange. My advise to consumers, don’t buy anything here they won’t help you when any of there products don’t work out of the box or no refunds . Either buy online so you can get returns and warranty. Read moreWhere to start. Had 3 bad vapes back to back to back - I left a bad review because this shop wouldn't work with me on a replacement after spending nearly 100$. They called me in to make me TAKE DOWN my bad review in exchange for a vape. The replacement vape? 24 hours before flavor loss, 3 days before it no longer worked. Don't waste your money here this shop is a scam. If you want a vape or glass go ANYWHERE ELSE - thank me later. Absolutely disappointed with the quality of products this place Carries as well as the unprofessionalism of their owner.
EDIT - PLEASE read the comment from the owners. I did NOT come in and request another vape after they "took care of me". They tried to tell me I was beat, and then after posting a bad review, they then asked me to come in and take my review down in exchange for a free vape which then did not work. My goal isn't to "Sabatoge" anyone's business - but customers of this place should know what they're getting into. 1/10, I would never go...
