A nice area of La Quinta to visit for a little shopping (not many retail shops here) or a nice meal. There are plenty of restaurants for lunch or dinner. It’s considered “Old” La Quinta, but when we arrived we were a little disappointed to learn that it was only built about 20 years ago and was just designed to look old. Read moreWent to Cali Rosina Tea shop. Yes please. I came out with the poolside coconut lavender tea with hint of lemon. Talk about delish. Sug and I had a craft taste test and I could've chosen a few I absolutely desired. Don't sleep on their chocolate varieties. Literally from all over the world in one shop. Ding ding!!! Sweet touch. Read moreThis place is so, so nice! I only wish they could actually ever unlock the bathrooms so I wouldn’t have to leave Old Town every time I need to defecate. Thanks Old Town management you guys are really killing it, the classic mark of a a really good and effective team is the INABILITY to accomplish basic tasks, and not being able to consistently unlock a door is a fantastic example of that inability.
