Pearl Nails — Attraction in Lacey

I made an appointment and this woman was repulsively rude. I wasn't even there 2 whole minutes and she expected me to know exactly what color I wanted for my mani and pedi.. I came in with pictures hoping she could help me find the color that matched the color I wanted but she picked 2 colors that were nowhere even close. Then she just left me finding my own color and rushed me again not even a minute later. I was there probably a total of 3 minutes...4 minutes tops. I asked her if I could have a tissue to take off the color on one of my nails because I was running out of nails to color( I can only paint with my right hand) and she looked so annoyed and bothered. She pointed to the towels across the room... couldn't even get me cutting or anything. I've been to many places in my life and they're usually really sweet and just give me a piece of cotton with nail polish remover. Never have I been treated like this... she seriously pointed and the paper towels and then muttered in a different language to a coworker and just looked down at her phone... WHO does this in a professional setting? Smh... that was the last straw.. I'm not paying to get my nails done to be 1. Rushed.. and 2. To feel like an annoyance to someone I'm PAYING on top of that tipping...completely ridiculous... I don't understand why this place has 4.6 stars... will never recommend this place to my friends.

To respond to her comment. 1. How unprofessional to speak or write that way about ANY customer.. not to mention not lady like at all. Who says garbage customer?.. 2. I have only been to 4 salons in the state which I was treated with respect( one was closed the other I have to make an appointment in advance, and the other 2 were up north, Tacoma and Seattle) so, no. I don't just go around to every salon to waste my OWN time and other people's time. I'm new to Washington and I'm about to be 5 months pregnant this coming week. I only go to the nail salon as a way to relax and get pampered but not regularly because of the smells. 20 minutes.. like I said I was there not even 4 whole minutes and this lady was absolutely rude. Just read her response.. Repulsive and unprofessional. As a side note, there was only ONE other customer in there with plenty of employees sitting around. This was on a Tuesday afternoon. Most people are at work. How sad you have to make things up about a person you don't even know to try to defend yourself. May God bless your soul. I'll keep you in my prayers....

I never do reviews, but honestly this is the best place in Lacey!!! Yes, I've tried other shop and all have disappointed. For me I want pretty, long nails with all the extras, but dont want them to break while I work in a manual labor job. That's alot to ask!!!! Butttttt, I've been going here for a few years and everyone truly cares!! The attention to detail, the delicate work with my cuticles, the longevity of my set, the clean and welcoming atmosphere - I will never go anywhere else! Always flawless with my shape, length, sensitivity and amazing pink/white ombre. I like my nails a specific shape, ridiculously sharp and with a specific gradient . Everyone here will literally tailor your set!!! They truly care and take great pride in the service and products provided! This is a smaller shop, so appointment recommended - and that is what I love about them. I'm not just another client- I feel like family and always comfortable to talk about expectations.
