Yum! I am so glad we stopped here. The location is nice, and very clean/friendly. Service was great, very friendly staff made sure they were available for any queations we had. You order off a touch screen, which I appreciated so we could peruse the menu at our own pace and make any changes easily. My partner got the mushroom katsu burger and enjoyed it. I got the Godzilla Attacks and give it high marks. I would say it is overly spicy at all, but well spiced and just a touch of heat. It was very balanced and my concern that the toppings would overpower everything else were unfounded: the toppings are key to the flavor balance so definitely take the risk and try it! The burgers are HUGE, and more than worth the price. To add on a drink, fry and dipping sauce was a bit pricey, but the serving size of the fries was generous, the dipping sauce (spicy mayo) was yummy and the fries (we got curry!) Were OUTSTANDING. Just perfectly cooked, and the perfect size for two people to share after the monster burgers. Ended the meal with a green tea shake for me, and a Chai shake for my partner and both agreed... delicious! The Chai was so delicious, well flavored and spiced and sweet. It made an awesome shake. The green tea was exactly what I have been searching for in the US...green tea flavor without the added sweetness. It was much closer to what you get in Japan with green tea flavored shakes and such than what is normally found in the US. It's not sweet, but has that yummy dry green tea flavor so just be aware! I would get both again. This is a great addition to the Lacey area and I cannot wait to return and try more items. It is a bit pricey, but I think fair for the quality and amount of food you get. We certainly were more than full by the time we left! Bathrooms are sparkling clean with adorable decorations. I can't wait to go home and try to dress my own cats in little kimonos.

Absolutely amazing food ♥️👌 10/10 recommend! The gentlemen was very friendly and was happy to explain the menu and walk use through the ordering kiosk 😊 The atmosphere is great, very Ghibli, animesque. Much like zen sushi. Plenty of inside and outside covered seating. We went full on with the Godzilla combo with curry fries, house wasabi slaw and the gingerbread shake. 🤤 The milkshake was perfect, not overly sweet and tasted EXACTLY how you'd expect it. The Katsu burger was thick with ingredients, perfectly cooked Katsu and loaded with flavor, hands down will be back again and again and maybe again lol The fries were great, lil shoe string fries again perfectly cooked, nice and crispy and the curry seasoning was great (watch your fingers tho!) we got the nori dressing and it was good! He brought us the house mustard and it was very good as well. Both seemed made in house. The slaw was amazing, my lady loved it and it was a VERY generous portion. I'm a picky slaw guy and the sauce was top notch 👌 Would recommend anyone in the area and if not it is 100% worth the drive 👊

Visited Katsu on a quiet Tuesday afternoon, drawn by a strong burger craving. To my surprise, the only vegetarian option was the Honey Miso Burger. I went ahead and ordered it. The portion size was generous, but the execution left something to be desired. I had expected the tofu to be marinated or seasoned, but instead it was just plain battered tofu, deep-fried. The honey miso element turned out to be a dressing drizzled on top of the fried patty. It’s more of a topping than a true flavor infusion. If you can manage to get all the layers in one bite, the flavor might come together better. But the burger’s massive size made that nearly impossible, and I found myself pulling it apart just to eat it. Unfortunately, that didn’t quite hit the spot for the burger craving I came in with. I also ordered a side of curry fries, which were just standard salted fries dusted with Thai curry powder nothing particularly inventive. While I left feeling full, I didn’t leave satisfied. The space itself is lowkey but very clean, which I appreciated.

The menu was very enticing upon arrival and looking. My first concern was that they only have 1 option for kids which is a chicken sandwich meal, second when you first walk in you are pointed to a screen to order your food yourself and they DO NOT TAKE CASH. Despite these issues we still decide to order......We got 2 burgers with the fries and drink combo and a kids meal and it was 67.12 and it asks to leave a tip which I think is wild cause the only interaction you have with the workers is them dropping your food off at your table.....Now let's get to the food, the kids chicken sandwich meal came out and it was a slider bun with 2 nuggets of chicken on it, not impressed. Then our burgers come out and I think the really only good thing I can say is they were big burgers, I got the samurai select, the burger itself was tasteless and dry the only real thing I tasted was the bbq sauce and heat from the jalapeños I added, this burger also had pineapple and with such a high price you'd think you were getting real fresh pineapple but it was clearly from a can. My bf got the Tokyo tower again the burger itself was tasteless, his bun was soaked in grease and falling apart and all around just not what we expected for the high price. We all agreed the fries were good when they came out hot but as soon as they cooled which was only a couple mins they were almost chewy. The atmosphere was a little odd as the guy just stood at the counter staring with no real interaction. We were definitely catfished at Katsu, prices are way to high for what seemed like 3D printed meat with no flavor. In total my bill was 84.67 and I feel like I should call the cops cause I've...
