Get comfy, lol, this is gonna be a long but informative review. We have a daycare in our home, so when our dishwasher broke down, we needed a new one, and fast! I had read the previous reviews and saw that there were a few negative reports, so honestly I was a bit apprehensive. What I didn’t realize is that this store has a new owner!! I’ll break this down into 2 parts for everyone reading this. Shopping: Our experience with Beeson was by far the best we’ve ever had when buying an appliance! They had a lot in inventory, and the shopping/ buying process was wonderful! We found exactly what we were looking for and arranged for delivery a few days later. Shout out to the salesman Rick! He was helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics. Delivery: The delivery and installation was just as smooth as the buying experience. Shout out to Caleb and Luke! They were right on time, (we had to schedule around the daycare nap time) and were very professional and friendly! Great experience with them! Oh, and yes, we love our new dishwasher!
I would highly recommend this store! So much so that we’ve since ordered a new refrigerator from them. ...Huge shout out to Jordan! He’s friendly and knowledgeable. Again, no pressure sales tactics. We needed a specific size refrigerator to fit into our kitchen. He did A TON of research, (seriously, we worked him to death! Lol) and he helped us find the right refrigerator for our needs, and my “wants” too! We are currently waiting on the delivery of it. Forget the big box stores, we will be buying all of our appliances from Beesons from now on.
UPDATE This is long overdue, but have to tell you all how the delivery went for the refrigerator! A situation beyond Beesons control on the day of delivery interfered with the delivery plan that day. We were nervous because my husband took the day off for delivery and we wouldn’t have another day to have this fridge delivered for a few weeks. …let me tell you, they moved heaven and earth to complete the delivery. They had to take off the doors to get it in, and 45’mins later we had a new refrigerator installed! We love the fridge and are so happy with our purchase and overall experience...

When they delivered the oven/microwave and refrigerator (almost $4,000 alone for refrigerator) the shelves in the refrigerator had fallen and shattered, which caused dents inside). The delivery guys said he came that way from the factory. They had the appliances unboxed in the back in of a pickup, which I watched them traveling down our county road going faster than they should have been. The next day, they delivered the “floor model”,,,never called prior to delivery, and they never spoke to me at all. I noticed that it was missing a compartment under the ice maker, so I called them. I was told they would put it in the mail. It has been 10 days and I have yet to receive this. I was told at the beginning of the week that they never put a tracking number on the package, but I should be getting it any day. Looks like I will have to call the store again. Prior to all of this, several weeks ago I called to see if the appliances were in yet....the first gentleman was rude and wouldn’t let me talk. He told me that Miranda would call me back. 4 hours later I called Miranda and talk to another man, tried to give him the date and ticket number, and he was more rude than the first man...started to cry. They did call back and the appliances were not in yet, but expected. They gave me a delivery date and then I had to reschedule due to the contractor not being ready yet. I set up another date 10 days out, then 6 days out they called and said that they would be delivered that afternoon.....we were not ready for them. I was told the time they would arrive on the new day....that time came and no phone call and no appliances. I called the store and told the young gal who answered the phone my name and I wondered when my appliances would be delivered? To which she replied “I have no idea”.....what? Fast forward to this day...I’ve had nothing but problems with this company, and they seem like they just don’t care. So that is why I’m giving...
Read moreMy washer died just after Christmas 12/28/22. I had to .get another asap, I shopped around for pricing, every one pretty much the same, decent sales. ( wow are things expensive) . I contacted whirlpool just incase there was warranty left just 10 years old. Nope well after speaking with them they made a seemingly excellent one time deal , as usual it was not for me can't wait over a month to get something that was in stock. Back to Beesons ( I highly recommend them on and off business with them for more than 30years) I know the night I checked out the washers I would have purchased if not for the to good to be true direct quote from whirlpool. It took 11 days to find washing machine from whirlpool wasn't being delivered on 1/10/23 It was 1/31/23 maybe. I went back to Beesons and of course the sale for my washer had changed 1/09/23 through their gracious assistance after seeing the problem I had made me a deal they didn't have to do and really helped me out of a jam .I have always used Beesons when I could ( I am a frugal shopper "cheap ") sometimes there are things that mean more than money and thanks to their staff I was helped out more than they realized ( to personal to explain) I got the clothes washer I needed that day 1/09/23 please forgive me for not remembering names I should have written them down. I know sometimes buying local can cost more, however you really can't put a price on personal face to face business with a well established company.
