I will give zero star if possible. PLEASE DO NOT GO! We stopped by around the lunch time and the waitress served us sit in the table near the door. There was only one chef working on the other table. We ordered one appetizer and two main entrees. The salad and the soup came first so we finished them first. After 25 minutes the chef finished serving the other table. The waitress stopped by once and we asked about our appetizer. She just said “wait” with emotionless face and was really cold. After 10 minutes, our appetizer was on and we asked about how long we should wait, another 20 minutes!! No explanation, just coldly said “20 minutes!” We were unhappy about the waiting and the service, even no heads up. It was not a busy lunch and the tables were not fully occupied. We decided to check out and no desire to any good. We were asked to pay 7.71 for one appetizer ( listed as 3.95) and one soup and salad for the sides. We entered in the restaurant around 12:15 and went out after 1pm and just had one appetizer.
For the long time waiting, there were three girls in the same long table, the waitress stopped by once explaining to them that the chef would come after serving other table first and asked if they okay. We sat a few chairs away and at the other side of the table and she did not even mention to us and asked if we were okay. She did not provide the same service to all the customers and just because we are Asian? I thought she discriminated people based on the...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered chicken teriyaki, fried rice, no veggies. I was sharing a table with strangers. Nothing out of the ordinary. This was my first time eating here and didn’t know there were onions in the fried rice. No big deal, I’ll silently just pick them out on my plate. I was eating my rice while everything else was cooking, and the chef went to serve the veggies. A giant spatula of onions and mushrooms landed on top of my fried rice. I politely mentioned I ordered no veggies. The chef argued with me, then removed the veggies from my plate (which I had been eating off of) and moved them to the next lady’s plate and never batted an eye like this was inappropriate restaurant etiquette. She and I were appalled and couldn’t make eye contact the remainder of our meals. I will never eat at this place again. The food was very salty and there seems to be no concern of placing food on someone’s plate after it’s been on someone else’s. Disgusting. If you want delicious hibachi, go to the other...
Read moreWe stopped on our way home from a trip. Two children and two adults. Waited to be seated about 15 minutes. Got seated by a very rude lady. Who I now understand is an owner? Came back and refused to wait for my daughter who went to the restroom. Gave her our order. Took quite awhile before the chef came but we did have appetizers which filled the gap. It was the end of lunch on Sunday so I understand the chef being tired. He was ok but not to much fun. Probably tired. The waitress lady was very rude and it had nothing to do with being busy. She's just rude. Food was ok. It may be just a lunch thing with this waitress but definitely will not return. I would suggest doing research and find a good Hibatchi restraunt to try. P.S We believe tipping is by the service we receive. I tipped our chef but had no real attention to tip our waitress much. Went to pay and I gave her almost exact amount. She looks at me and told me the tip isn't included so I needed to leave...
