I’ll start off by saying you can’t get much better than Kevin! I lost count of how many times we went in the store wanting to change things or if something wasn’t right he was ALWAYS there to help. So willing, so cheerful, and always so kind. He truly does go above and beyond! He seems to be loved by all of his customers and I wish everyone had a chance to work with him! Our very first time in the store we were at such a loss and needing so much guidance. I think he could tell on our faces how unsure we were. We were with a decorator but he still stepped up and came out of his way to make our buying experience one of a kind! I can truly say if it wasn’t for Kevin we probably would have not purchased anything! The store has so much to choose from which is great in a sense but can also be overwhelming for people who aren’t sure of what they want! He seems to know the store like the back of his hand!

Reggie was also very kind and very accommodating! We had a few mishaps that he absolutely made right and we appreciate him as well! Our time was limited with Reggie but it was meaningful!

Courtney, Randall and a few of the other guys in pick up were always so kind and so willing to help! They were very attentive and did all of the heavy lifting for us!

The store itself has a VERY large selection!

I'm here to thank Cameron, Terri, C.C., and Ralph for the help I received in getting the most amazing price on the new flooring. They were all very kind and worked together as a team, each getting their part of the purchase completed and loaded. Cameron was our floor salesman, who greeted us as soon as we entered the store, and his constant smile and ability to answer my many questions helped to ease my anxiety on a large purchase with a limited budget. My day was truly made with a great purchase and a satisfied experience with the team that made it all happen. I'm so grateful that Lafayette has not only this store but this staff. They were so friendly and so helpful - it made my day. Kevin took the time to walk around with me and my husband and never once made us feel as though our indecisiveness was an issue. Instead, he continued to show us our options. The options are beautiful by the way. Blaine helped us as well, he was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of. When we got to check out, we were a little sticker-shocked but Dalasha explained that we have financing options. Floor and Decor prices are very fair, we just underestimated our project.
