me and my family have been coming to this location since we moved here over a decade ago. weāve never had any problems with the service until the last few times weāve been where weāve had a problem with the same person. her name is Samantha and she has kind of blond ish hair. the last time we went when my sister was picking out a steak she got frustrated because my sister did something incorrectly due to samanthaās lack of communication and then proceeded to make a big deal and complain that she had to do it again. it was fine though. me and my sister both work in a restaurant so we understand how she may have felt. however, sunday we went and as the kind host was seating us she was cleaning a table and got angry because he was seating us at a table so she rolled her eyes and walked away. i went to sit down and the booth was absolutely disgusting with food and drink all over it. so i asked her if she could wipe it for me and she rolled her eyes again and stormed off to get one as if there wasnāt one already in her hand. she comes and cleans it. then i say thank you and all she says is āmhmā. and we watched as she did the exact same thing to the table next to us. the rest of our visit we watched as she walked around with a hickey on her neck and rolling her eyes at the customers, workers, while essentially doingā¦ā¦ well nothing but walking around and judging everyone. like i said. me and my sister have worked every position a restaurant has. so we know exactly how it feels to be overwhelmed or have a bad day. but NEVER have we taken it out on the customers. it would be one thing if this only happened once and we came back and she was fine, but this has been every single time weāve come to eat here for the last month or so. our server was amazing though. i believe her name was layla. and the food was as well. samantha on the other hand. was just very unpleasant and looked like she was miserable and wanted everyone else to feel that way. at the end of the day, if your not a people person, maybe a job in a restaurant is just not the...

I got there and ordered some rolls at the window because they donāt offer them on the mobile order/ website. When I placed the order for the rolls, I told the girl at the window that I was also picking up a mobile order. Again, when she brought out the rolls I reminded her that I was picking up a mobile order. I didnāt get my order until 7:45, even though my food was ready 30 minutes before. When we did get it (or I thought I got my food) everything that we did get was obviously cold, like not even close to even being hot. The blooming onion was just flopping around and nasty because it had sat there for so long, all the steaks were cold. But wait! They also forgot half of our order, maybe $30 more worth of food. So, we go back, and ask for the order to be remade. Honestly, the whole crew was just confused and had no communication at all. I talked to 3 different people for 30 more minutes before I even got to speak with the manager, a lady with blond hair and glasses. I kept hearing the staff going back and forth between us just basically playing messenger because the manager didnāt want to come to the window and talk to the customers herself. I told them it was flat so then they bring me a coke instead of Diet Coke and I told her I canāt have a coke because Iām diabetic and she says itās diet and it wasnāt . Then they send food out wrong on three out of six plates . The sad thing is one of the plates didnāt show up with the other five . The plate that didnāt show up was for my 8year old godchild that never got hers till everyone else was done eating . So my wife had her order totally messed up that they had to take back . So my wife and godchildās food finally got to the table after we all had finished eating and then my godchildās order was messed up when it was given to us . After all that they charged us for an extra sirloin meal that we never ordered and 3 extra orders of shrimp. When I told the manager about it ,it took them three times to get it all straight.
